Abstract

PLC(programmable logic controller)merupakanpengembangandarisistem kontrolelektropneumatikyangmengganti kontak-kontakrelaymenjadi bahasa pemrogramansehinggamemberikan kemudahan dalam pemrograman,mudahuntuk menganalisa sertamenemukan kesalahan dandapatmeningkatkan efisiensi.Sirkuit elektrik diambil dari bukuelectropneumaticsworkbook basic level TP 201danelectropneumatics workbookadvanced level TP 202. Kemudian sirkuit elektrik dikembangkanmenjadi berbasis PLC yang diawali dengan penggambaransirkuit pneumatik dan elektrikkemudian disimulasikan padasoftware Fluidsim untuk melihatapakah sistem berjalan sesuaideskripsi masalah.Sirkuit elektrik kemudian dapat dikembangkan menjadiberbasis PLC dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ladderdiagram, kemudian direalisasikan di laboratorium fluid powerdan didapatkan hasildari rangkaian sistempneumatik yang lebihefektif dan efisiendengan meminimalisir penggunaanpengkabelan kontak-kontak relay yang berlebihan. ========== PLC (programmable logic controller) isimprovementofelectro-pneumatic control systems replace the relay contacts intoa programming language thus providing ease of programming,easy to analyze and find faults, and can improve efficiency.An electrical circuit is taken books of electro pneumaticsworkbook basic level TP 201 and electro pneumatics workbookadvanced level TP 202. Then the electrical circuit developed intoa PLC-based beginning with the shooting of pneumatic andelectrical circuits then simulated in Fluidsim software to know ifthe system runs the appropriate with purpose description.An electrical circuit can be developed into a PLC-basedusing the ladder diagram programming language,then realizedin the laboratory of fluid power and results obtained from a seriesof pneumatic systems moreeffective and efficient by minimizingthe use of wiring the relay contacts are redundant.
