Abstract

Kementrian Dikti mengeluarkan peraturan Menristek Dikti tentang
tiga cara masuk (PTN) Perguruan Tinggi Negeri 2015 adalah melalui
(SNMPTN) Seleksi Nasional Masuk PTN, (SBMPTN) Seleksi Bersama
Sekolah. Indeks Siswa melalui nilai rapor, sedangkan Indeks Sekolah
dibentuk melalui skor Akreditasi Sekolah, skor nilai (UN) Ujian
Sebelum
menggunakan analisis faktor digunakan Manova, terlihat bahwa
terdapat perbedaan vektor rata-rata antar variabel pembentuk Indeks
Siswa, kemudian diperoleh 5 faktor pembentuk Indeks Siswa dan 4
faktor pembentuk Indeks Sekolah. Berdasarkan perhitungan bobot

The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education issued
regulations regarding three ways to get into State Universities in 2015
are through (SNMPTN) National Selection Entrance Test to State
University, (SBMPTN) Joint Selection Entrance Test to State
University, and (UM) Independent Test. The student admission
through SNMPTN depends on Student Index and School Index.
Student Index through the grades, while School Index through School
Accreditation score, National Examination score (UN), and
Preparation Performance Index (IPP). Up until now the calculation of
Student and School Index has never been statistically analyzed.
Problems that are discussed in this study related to the characteristic
of index formation variables, as well as forming the factor of Student
and School Index. The purpose of this study are to identified the
characteristic of index formation variables and to form the formation
factor of Student and School Index from data with (n) 10,541
participants. Before using factor analysis used Manova first, the
outcome of analysis appears that there is a difference between mean
vector of variables that forming Student Index, then from factor
analysis acquired 5 factor forming Student Index and 4 factor forming
School Index. Based on the calculation of weights from factor analysis
can be concluded that weights of each Student and School Index that
formed are not the same.
