Abstract
UD. Berkah merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi sepatu dengan berbagai jenis dan model. Perusahaan mempekerjakan 50 karyawan, produksi sepatu dilakukan jika ada pesanan, pemesan memiliki batas waktu penyelesaian produksi yang harus diselesaikan oleh perusahaan, sementara sudah sering terjadi masalah keterlambatan pengiriman kepada pemesan dikarenakan perusahaan belum memiliki waktu standar produksi untuk memaksimalkan waktu pengerjaan sepatu, agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman maka perusahaan dalam produksi sepatu harus menentukan waktu standar produksi, sehingga dapat diprediksi berapa output yang bisa dihasilkan setiap harinya dan bisa memperkirakan produktivitas sepatu yang diproduksi, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menghitung waktu standar produksi dengan metode pengukuran waktu kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan, bahwa waktu standar yang diperlukan untuk memproduksi satu pasang sepatu casual sebesar 2,3 menit/unit, didapatkan output standar sebesar 26,4 unit/jam atau sebesar 211 unit/hari, agar terjadi keseimbangan lintas produksi maka diperlukan 15 stasiun kerja dengan waktu maksimal pada setiap stasiun kerja sebesar 136,4 detik didapatkann efisiensi sebesar 79,4% dan waktu menganggur sebesar 20,6%, produktivitas total produksi sepatu casual memiliki rasio satu pasang sepatu dengan biaya sebesar Rp 50.625 untuk biaya tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan bahan penolong.

UD. Berkah is a company that produces shoes with various types and models. The company employs 50 employees, shoe production is carried out if there is an order, the buyer has a production deadline that must be completed by the company, while there are often delays in shipping problems to the buyer because the company does not have standard production time to maximize shoe work time so there are no delays shipping, the company in shoe production must determine the standard production time, so that it can be predicted how much output can be produced every day and can estimate the productivity of shoes produced, therefore research needs to be done to calculate the standard production time with employee work time measurement methods. The results showed that the standard time needed to produce one pair of casual shoes was 2.3 minutes/unit, the standard output was 26.4 units/hour or 211 units/day, so that a cross-production balance would occur, 15 stations were needed work with maximum time for each work station is 136.4 seconds and efficiency is 79.4% and idle time is 20.6%, productivity of total casual shoe production has a ratio of one pair of shoes at a cost of Rp 50,625 for labor costs , raw materials and auxiliary materials.
