Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pascasarjana UMM ini sejumlah 10 lantai termasuk 1 lantai basement dengan luas bangunan 4560 m2 yang berada di Jl. Raya Tlogomas No.246, Malang. Proyek pembangunan ini merupakan proyek dengan menggunakan struktur beton yang dilakukan dengan metode pengecoran di tempat yang terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan yaitu, pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pondasi, dan pekerjaan beton mulai dari lantai dasar sampai lantai atap dek beton dan tangga dengan bantuan alat berat. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perubahan metode pelat dari sistem konvensional menjadi precast Half Slab pada proyek Pascasarjana UMM dari segi waktu dan biaya. Metode yang dilakukan di proyek tersebut adalah sistem konvensional/cor di lokasi. Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan alternative berupa precast Half Slab. Perencanaan waktu menggunakan sistem penjadwalan PDM. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan biaya menggunakan perhitungan analisa dari data lapangan, observasi, maupun AHS Malang 2018 dengan lampiran. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada pembangunan Gedung Pascasarjana UMM sebesar Rp 32.746.955.793 dengan waktu pelaksanaan proyek selama 291 hari kerja.

The UMM Postgraduate Building Construction Project consists of 10 floors including 1 basement floor with a building area of 4560 m2 located on Jl. Raya Tlogomas No.246, Malang. This development project is a project using concrete structures carried out by casting methods in a place that consists of several jobs, namely, preparation work, foundation work, and concrete work starting from the ground floor to the roof of the concrete deck and stairs with the help of heavy equipment. In this final project, the plate method will be changed from the conventional system to precast Half Slab on the UMM Postgraduate project in terms of time and cost. The method used in the project is a conventional / cast system on site. In this final project, the alternative plan is to form a precast Half Slab. Time planning uses the PDM scheduling system. Whereas for cost planning use the calculation of analysis from field data, observations, and AHS Malang 2018 with attachments. Based on the analysis results obtained by the implementation of the budget plan for concrete structures in the construction of the UMM Postgraduate Building in the amount of Rp. 32,746,955,793 with the project implementation time of 291 working days.
