Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada merupakan perusahaan jasa pemerintah penyedia layanan air bersih Kota Surabaya. Sumber air baku yang digunakan oleh PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya berasal dari air sungai dan sumber mata air dimana kualitas sumber air baku tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan. Akibatnya, air baku yang digunakan dapat berubah kualitasnya akibat adanya pencemaran yang nantinya akan menyebabkan kualitas air yang terdistribusi menjadi menurun. Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan pengendalian kualitas air dengan menggunakan grafik kendali Max-MCUSUM, dimana variabel yang digunakan meliputi Turbidity, zat organik, dan sisa Chlor. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa pada fase satu, grafik telah terkendali secara statistik pada iterasi satu setelah menghilangkan 10 pengamatan. Sehingga dilanjutkan pada pengendalian fase dua. Sedangkan pada fase dua, grafik belum terkendali secara statistik dan kinerja proses produksi air produksi di IPAM Ngagel I tidak kapabel, dimana pada penelitian ini variabel Turbidity merupakan variabel yang berkontribusi besar dalam menyebabkan pengamatan out of control.

PDAM Surya Sembada is a government service company providing clean water services for the city of Surabaya. The source of raw water that used by PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya comes from river and water springs where the quality of the raw water source is strongly influenced by environmental conditions. As a result, the raw water that will be used can change its quality because of the pollution which will cause the quality of distributed water to decrease. In this study, water quality control will be carried out using the Max-MCUSUM control chart, where the variables used include turbidity, organic matter, and residual Chlor. The analysis carried out in the study obtained results that in phase one, the graph was statistically controlled in one iteration after removing 10 observations. So that it was continued in phase two control. Whereas in phase two, the graph has not been statistically controlled and the performance of the production water production process at IPAM Ngagel I is not capable, where in this study, turbidity is a variable that contributes greatly to causing out of control obser-vations.
