Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Premier Inn yang terletak di Jalan Biliton 24-26 Surabaya, merupakan salah satu bagian dari pembangunan gedung yang dikerjakan oleh Bapak Christino Boyke ST., MT., IPMd beserta tim HAKI. Proyek ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1,485 m2 yang terdiri dari 10 lantai. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan menyusun jadwal pada masing-masing item pekerjaan dengan survey harga bahan dan upah pekerja di kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil pehitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp 18.375.735.394,00 dengan waktu pelaksanaan 182 hari kalender.

The Premier Inn Hotel project located at 24 – 26 Biliton Street, Surabaya, it is one of the construction which built by Mr. Christino Boyke ST., MT., IPMd and HAKI Team. This project is built on 1,485 m2 land that has total 10 levels. Cost and time calculation in this project is done by calculating the volumes, productivity, durations, and scheduling on each work items. The calculation for cost implementation based on surveyed activities in Surabaya and its surroundings. Based on the result of analysis, the cost for this project is Rp 18.375.735.394,00 with time implementation 182 days.
