Abstract

Dalam proses pengendali statistik, grafik kendali adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menilai perilaku suatu proses. Grafik kendali S adalah salah satu grafik kendali yang sering digunakan untuk mengendalikan varibialitas proses dengan asumsi bahwa sampel yang diambil dari proses produksi berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, dikembangkan grafik kendali Median Absolute Deviation (MAD) yang berasal dari modifikasi grafik kendali S dengan sampel median dan grafik kendali S-Bootstrap yang berasal dari modifikasi grafik kendali S dan metode resampling bootstrap. Grafik kendali MAD merupakan grafik kendali yang digunakan sebagai alternatif dari grafik kendali S untuk data berdistribusi normal dan non-normal. Sedangkan grafik kendali S-Bootstrap merupakan grafik kendali yang tidak menggunakan asumsi distribusi. Penerapan dari grafik kendali S-Bootstrap dan grafik kendali MAD pada PT. PQR menunjukkan bahwa data sudah terkendali secara statistik. Kinerja grafik kendali S-Bootstrap lebih baik daripada grafik kendali MAD berdasarkan lebar interval (interval width) batas kendali terkecil dan nilai Average Run Length (ARL) terbesar.

In the process of statistical control, control charts are tools used for assessing the process behavior. S control chart is one of the control charts that is often used to control process variability assuming that samples taken from the production process are normally distributed. Furthermore, with the development of science, Median Absolute Deviation (MAD) control charts were developed from the modification of the S control chart with the median sample and the S-Bootstrap control chart derived from the modification of the S control chart and the bootstrap resampling method. MAD control chart is a control chart that is used as an alternative to the S control chart for normal and non-normal distribution data. While the S-Bootstrap control chart is a control chart that does not use distribution assumptions. The application of the S-Bootstrap control chart and MAD control chart at PT. PQR shows that the data is statistically controlled. The performance of the S-Bootstrap control chart is better than the MAD control chart based on the smallest interval width and the
largest Average Run Length (ARl) value.
