Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Gedung At-Tauhid Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya yang terletak di Jalan Sutorejo No.59 Surabaya, merupakan salah satu bagian dari pembangunan gedung yang dikerjakan oleh konsultan PT. ALCO ART STUDIO. Proyek ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1,311 m2 yang terdiri dari 13 lantai. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan menyusun jadwal pada masing-masing item pekerjaan. Untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan brosur dan standard harga di Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil pehitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp29.969.775.369,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan 234 hari kalender. Perhitungan di atas merupakan perhitungan biaya khusus untuk struktur utama.

The At-Tauhid Tower of Muhammadiyah University Surabaya project located at Jalan Sutorejo No.59 Surabaya, it is one of the construction which built by PT. ALCO ART STUDIO consultant. This project is built on 1,311 m2 land that has total 13 stories. Cost and time calculation in this project is done by calculating the volumes, productivity, durations, and scheduling on each work items. The calculation for cost implementation is using the brochures and standard prices in Surabaya. Based on the result of analysis, the cost for this project is Rp29.969.775.369,- with time implementation 234 days. The calculation above is only for the the main structureof the building.
