Abstract
Transparent Conducting Oxides (TCOs) atau kaca transparan konduktif adalah sebuah material elektrikal yang memiliki daya serap pada gelombang elektromagnetik yang rendah. Prinsip kerjanya adalah meneruskan cahaya langsung dan menyalurkan elektron melalui lapisan konduktif yang terdapat pada material tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, Aluminium-Doped Zinc Oxide dideposisi dengan substrat kaca borosilikat dengan variasi temperatur yaitu 225, 275, 325 °C, dan variasi waktu deposisi yaitu 5, 10, 15 menit. Prekursor yang digunakan adalah zink asetat dihidrat yang dilarutkan dalam metanol dengan doping Al dari Aluminium Klorida. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan nilai resistivitas dengan range 1 ~ 9 x 10-4 Ω.cm. Selain itu,nilai transmitansi didapatkan dengan range nilai 0,01% ~ 29,8%. Didapatkan tren bahwa semakin tinggi temperatur akan meningkatkan nilai transmitansi dan menurunkan resistivitas dan semakin lama waktu deposisi akan menurunkan nilai transmitansi dan menurunkan nilai resistivitas sampai waktu tertentu.

Transparent Conducting Oxides (TCOs) or conductive transparent glass is an electrical material that has absorption capacity on low electromagnetic waves. The principle works is to direct light directly and channel electrons through the conductive layer found in the material. In this study, Aluminum-Doped Zinc Oxide was deposited with a borosilicate glass substrate with temperature variations of 225, 275, 325 ° C, and variations in deposition time were 5, 10, 15 minutes. The precursor used is zinc acetate dihydrate which is dissolved in methanol by Al doping from Aluminum Chloride. From the results of the study, the resistivity values range from 1 ~ 9 x 10-4 Ω.cm. In addition, the transmittance value is obtained with a range of values of 0.01% ~ 29.8%. There is a trend that the higher the temperature will increase the transmittance percentage and decrease the resistivity and the longer the deposition time will decrease the transmittance percentage and decrease the resistivity value until a certain time.
