Abstract

Tingkat persaingan industri mebel di Indonesia semakin tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya pembenahan guna meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif ialah dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Pengukuran kinerja membantu perusahaan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pencapaian tujuan, melakukan evaluasi, serta dapat memanfaatkan hasil pengukuran kinerja sebagai acuan atau landasan untuk menjalankan proses binisnya di masa yang akan datang. Dalam pelaksanaannya, PT Romi Violeta sebagai salah satu produsen mebel di Indonesia belum memiliki suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi. Selama ini penilaian kinerja hanya dinilai berdasarkan laporan manajemen yang hanya menjelaskan aspek keuangan. Aspek keuangan saja tidak cukup untuk menuntun dan mengevaluasi perjalanan perusahaan dan dapat berdampak pada tidak terkontrolnya performansi perusahaan. Terdapat aspek lain yang perlu lebih diperhatikan untuk dapat dilakukan perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan framework Balanced Scorecard (BSC) yang meliputi aspek keuangan dan non-keuangan dari perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, metode pembobotan perspektif BSC dan tujuan strategis adalah Analytical Network Process (ANP), sementara pembobotan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dilakukan dengan expert judgement. Melalui hasil diskusi dengan pihak perusahaan, telah dirancang sebanyak 9 tujuan strategis yang dijawab dengan 18 KPI. Hasil akhir uji coba pada scoring system didapatkan bahwa pencapaian kinerja keseluruhan perusahaan saat ini ialah 74,8%. Berdasarkan penerapan traffic light system, terdapat 11 KPI pada zona hijau, 4 KPI pada zona kuning, dan 3 KPI pada zona merah. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan suatu dashboard pengukuran kinerja untuk memudahkan user dalam memperbaharui dan mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan.

The level of competitiveness in the furniture industry in Indonesia is becoming higher, and efforts are needed to improve the company's competitive advantage. One way to achieve a competitive advantage is by performing performance measurements. Performance measurement helps the company understand the achievement of its objectives, evaluate them, and utilize the results as a reference or foundation for running processes in the future. In its implementation, PT Romi Violeta, as one of the furniture producers in Indonesia, does not have an integrated performance measurement system. During this time, performance assessment has only been based on management reports describing financial aspects. Financial aspects alone are not sufficient to guide and evaluate the company's achievements, as there are other aspects that need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this research conducted the design of a performance measurement system using a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework that covers both financial and non-financial aspects of the company. In this study, the method used to weight the BSC perspectives and strategic objectives was the Analytical Network Process (ANP), while the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were determined through expert judgment. Through discussions with the company, 9 strategic objectives were designed and addressed by 18 KPIs. The final test results of the scoring system show that the company's overall performance achievement currently stands at 74.8%. Based on the implementation of the traffic light system, there are 11 KPIs in the green zone, 4 KPIs in the yellow zone, and 3 KPIs in the red zone. This research also produces a performance measurement dashboard to facilitate the user in renewing and evaluating the company's performance.
