Abstract
PT. Sucofindo (SCI) merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pemeriksaan, pengawasan, pengujian, dan pengkajian. Pelayanan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh PT. SCI sangat banyak, maka peranan sumber daya manusia sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan mengingat tantangan kompetensi yang semakin meluas. Pelatihan atau pengembangan merupakan salah satu upaya yang efektif untyuk mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan untuk individu, departemen dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Semua program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan bertujuan antara lain untuk menutupi ‘gap’ atau kesenjangan antara karyawan dengan permintaan jabatan. Pada penelitian ini fokuspada karyawan kontrak di PT. SCI Laboratorium Surabaya karena jumlah karyawan kontrak yang cukup besar dibanding karyawan tetap. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah penilaian kebutuhan pelatihan untuk karyawan kontrak di PT. SCI Laboratorium Surabaya dengan menggunakan Training Need Assessment-tools (TNA-T). Variabel yang diteliti adalah identifikasi job description, jenis pelatihan sebagai indicator penilaian TNA dan materi pelatihan yang dibutuhkan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi. Sampel penelitian ini diambil secara survey terhadap 97 karyawan PT. SCI laboratorium Surabaya. Dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Training need assessment- tools (TNA-T) guna menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan untuk karyawan kontrak di PT. SCI Laboratorium Cabang Surabaya. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh bahwa karyawan kontrak PT. SCI Laboratorium Surabaya masih membutuhkan pelatihan. Dari jumlah penelitian dibagi menjadi ops. Kantor dan ops. Lapangan. Rancangan TNA untuk tahun 2019 yaitu pelatihan AK3 Kimia sebanyak 34 orang untuk Ops. Kantor dengan metode off job training, 27 orang membutuhkan pelatihan validasi metode, dan 15 orang membutuhkan pelatihan analisa sesuai santart metode. TNA untuk karyawan ops. lapangan sebanyak 33 orang membutuhkan pelatihan validasi metode dan 17 orang membutuhkan pelatihan operasi draught survey. Pelatihan selain AK3 Kimia disarankan menggunakan metode on job training.

PT. Sucofindo (SCI) is a company engaged in the fields of inspection, supervision, testing and assessment. Services offered by PT. SCI is very much, so the role of human resources is very important to note given the increasing challenges of competence. Training or development is one effective effort to find out what is needed for individuals, departments and organizations as a whole. All training and development programs carried out by the company aim at, among other things, to cover the gap or the gap between employees and job requests. In this research focus on contract employees at PT. SCI Laboratory Surabaya because the number of contract employees is quite large compared to permanent employees. The aim to be achieved in conducting this research is the training needs assessment for contract employees at PT. SCI Surabaya Laboratory using Training Need Assessment-tools (TNA-T). The variables studied were identification of job descriptions, types of training as TNA assessment indicators and training materials needed by employees to improve competence. The research sample was taken in a survey of 97 employees of PT. SCI Surabaya laboratory. With the method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training need assessment-tools (TNA-T) to analyze the training needs for contract employees at PT. SCI Laboratory Surabaya. The results obtained are that PT. SCI Surabaya Laboratory still needs training. From the number of studies divided into ops. Office and ops. Field. The design of TNA for 2019 is 34 AK3 Chemical training for Ops. Offices with off job training methods, 27 people need method validation training, and 15 people need analysis training according to the method method. TNA for ops employees. 33 people needed method validation training and 17 people needed draft survey operations training. Training other than AK3 Chemistry is recommended to use the on job training method.
