Abstract

Pembangunan dalam bidang konstruksi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin berkembang baik dari segi desain maupun sistem konstruksi yang digunakan. Beberapa sistem tersebut antara lain sistem konvensional dan precast. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perubahan metode pelat dari sistem konvensional menjadi precast Half Slab pada proyek Menara Rungkut Surabaya dari segi waktu dan biaya. Biaya pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan analisa di lapangan melalui survey baik secara langsung maupun melalui peralatan, serta didapatkan dari beberapa literatur. Waktu pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, dan analisa mengenai kapasitas produksi, produktivitas, dan perhitungan durasi pekerjaan. Sehingga dengan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat maka dihasilkan perhitungan waktu dan biaya yang efektif. Untuk penyusunan jadwal tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoftt Project. Hasil akhir pada tugas akhir ini adalah rekapitulasi biaya, metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, durasi pelaksanaan proyek, serta kuva S. Dari analisa, didapatkan durasi 249 hari kerja biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 13,635,202,022.47

Development in the construction field in Indonesia from year to year is increasing both in terms of design and construction systems used. Some of these systems include conventional and precast systems. In this final project, the plate method from the conventional system will be changed to become Half Slab in Surabaya Rungkut Tower in terms of time and cost. Implementation costs are calculated based on analysis in the field through surveys both direct and through equipment, and obtained from several literature. Implementation time is calculated based on the used of implementation method, and analysis of production capacity, productivity, and calculation of the duration of work. So with the right implementation method, it will produce an effective time and cost calculations. For the preparation of the schedule of each work item carried out with the help of Microsoftt Project software. The final results in this final project is cost recapitulation, implementation method used, duration of project implementation, and S curve. From the analysis, it was found that the duration of 249 working days was Rp. 13,635,202,022.47.
