Abstract
Meningkatnya ketidakpastian permintaan membuat manajemen persediaan harus memainkan peran penting dalam optimasi rantai pasok. Salah satu kegiatan yang dibutuhkan adalah pengukuran kinerja persediaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pengukuran kinerja persediaan, mengukur kinerja persediaan dan mengusulkan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja persediaan barang habis pakai di Universitas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi dari beberapa kerangka pengukuran kinerja yang ada sebagai referensi untuk pembuatan model pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing atribut. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk kegagalan yang mungkin berdampak pada penurunan kinerja persediaan dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja persediaan barang habis pakai di Universitas X. Penelitian ini mengusulkan tujuh atribut dan sebelas indikator yand telah tervalidasi dan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja persediaan di Universitas X. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja, ditunjukkan bahwa Universitas X mencapai nilai 84,89%. Proses identifikasi kegagalan menunjukkan bahwa ada dua mode kegagalan yang sangat kritis dan proses mitigasi harus segera dilakukan. Beberapa rekomendasi untuk perbaikan juga diberikan kepada pihak terkait.

The increase of demand uncertainty makes inventory management has to play an important role in supply chain optimization. One of the activities needed is the measurement of inventory performance. This research aims to design a measurement model of inventory performance, measure inventory performance and propose mitigation plans to improve inventory performance of consumable goods in University X. This research uses a combination of several existing performance measurement frameworks as a reference for the creation of integrated performance measurement models with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each attribute. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) are used to identify forms of failure that might have an impact on inventory performance degradation and formulate improvement strategies to improve inventory performance of consumable goods in University X. This research proposed seven attributes and eleven validated indicators. and can be used to measure University X's inventory performance. Based on the results of performance measurement, it shows that University X reaches a value of 84.89%. The failure identification process shows that there are two very critical failure modes and the mitigation process must be done immediately. Some recommendations for improvement are also given to related parties.
