Abstract

Seiring dengan wacana pemerintah yang akan mengaktivasi jalur rel mati di Jawa dan Sumatera, jalur kereta api Yogyakarta Magelang merupakan salah satu jalur yang termasuk dalam wacana tersebut. Dengan Kondisi jalur rel Yogyakarta Magelang yang sebagian sudah beralih fungsi serta terdapat rel yang sudah hilang, maka diperlukan survey dan perencanaan geometrik jalan rel sebagai alternatif perencanaan pengaktifan jalur kereta api Yogyakarta Magelang. Dalam menunjang pembahasan tersebut diperlukan pengumpulan data dan survey kondisi eksisting. Pengumpulan data meliputi data jalur eksisting jalur kereta api yogyakarta Magelang, topografi wilayah sekitar jalur rencana, serta survey kondisi eksisting jalur kereta api Yogyakarta Magelang. Dengan data tersebut dapat dilakukan analisis dan perencanaan geometrik jalan rel sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan (PM) No. 60 Tahun 2012 Tentang Persyaratan Teknis Jalur Rel Kereta Api). Setelah itu dilakukan proses pengolahan data dan perhitungan dari Tugas Akhir ini. Dari hasil analisis dan perhitungan yang dilakukan reaktivasi Jalur Kereta Api Yogyakarta-Magelang menggunakan konsep reaktivasi kereta tipe LRT dengan lebar gauge 1067 mm dan kecepatan rencana 60 km/jam dengan geometrik jalan rel sepanjang 45,12 km. Trase yang terpilih untuk reaktivasi Jalur Kereta Api Yogyakarta-Magelang yaitu menggunakan trase eksisting yang ditentukan dengan Analisis Multi Kriteria.

Along the government's discourse that will activate the railroad lines in Java and Sumatra, the Yogyakarta-Magelang railway line is one of the lines included in the discourse. With the condition of the Yogyakarta-Magelang railroad, which has largely shifted functions and skeletons that have been lost, a geometric survey and planning of railways is needed as an alternative for planning the activation of the Yogyakarta-Magelang railway. In supporting the necessary discussions, data and surveys of existing conditions are needed. The data collection includes the existing data lines of the Yogyakarta-Magelang railway, the topography of the area around the planned path, and a survey of the conditions of the existing Yogyakarta-Magelang railway. With these data, geometric analysis and planning can be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions (Minister of Transportation Regulation (PM) No. 60 of 2012 concerning Technical Railroad Track Requirements). After that the data processing and calculation of this Final Project are carried out. From the results of the analysis and calculations carried out reactivation of the Yogyakarta-Magelang Railway using the LRT type reactivation concept with a width of 1067 mm and the plan speed of 60 km / h with a geometric railroad along 45,12 km. The way chosen for the reactivation of the Yogyakarta-Magelang Railroad decided from (MCA) Multycriteia Analysis.
