Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Cornell yang terletak di Citraland Surabaya merupakan salah satu proyek yang dimiliki oleh Ciputra Group. Proyek ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1.298 m2 yang terdiri dari 9 lantai. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi, serta menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan menggunakan program bantu MS Project. Perhitungan biaya dilakukan berdasarkan brosur dan standar harga di Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp33.696.891.636,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 236 hari kalender.

The Cornell Apartment Building Construction Project, located in Citraland Surabaya, is one of the projects owned by the Ciputra Group. The project was built on a site area of 1,298 m2 and consists of 9 floors. The calculation of project cost and duration was carried out by determining the work volume, productivity, duration, and preparing the project schedule using Microsoft Project. The cost estimation was based on equipment and material brochures as well as the standard unit prices of Surabaya City. Based on the calculation results, the total project cost was Rp33,696,891,636 with an implementation period of 236 calendar days.
