Abstract
Pada proyek 1, lokasi lahan terletak di daerah Kertajaya. Pada lokasi sekitar lahan terdapat beberapa kampus, namun kampus yang terdekat dari lokasi lahan tersebut adalah ITS. Permasalahan yang cukup signifikan terjadi adalah kebutuhan akan penginapan di sekitar kawasan ITS cukup tinggi disaat kegiatan wisuda dan penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Oleh karena itu, kurangnya penginapan di daerah sekitar ITS untuk pengunjung dari luar kota dengan harga yang cukup murah dan nyaman menjadi isu utama di daerah tersebut. Proyek rancangan merupakan Budget Boutique Hotel. Hotel dengan fasilitas budget hotel dan interior layaknya boutique hotel. Budget Boutique Hotel merupakan hotel berskala kecil yang memberikan suasana yang spesial dengan tema yang unik dengan layanan standar dan biaya yang rendah. Untuk proyek 2, lokasi lahan terletak di Kawasan perumahan The Araya Malang. Proyek rancangan merupakan Guest House. Guest house merupakan sejenis fasilitas akomodasi, baik milik perorangan/perusahaan yang diperuntukkan khusus bagi tamu hendak menginap. Guest house juga dapat berupa rumah pribadi yang dikonversi untuk kepentingan tamu dan lebih dikenal sebagai penginapan ala backpacker. Client menginginkan satiap ruang mendapatkan view terbaik di lahan tersebut. Tidak hanya itu, client menginginkan banyak ruang bersama yang dapat digunakan secara terpisah.

In Project 1, the location of the land is located in the Kertajaya area. At the location around the campus, but the closest campus to the location of the land is ITS. A significant problem is that the need for accommodation around the ITS area is quite high when graduating and admitting new students. Therefore, choose a place in the area for visitors from out of town at a fairly cheap and convenient price to become the main issue in the area. The Design Project is a Budget Boutique Hotel. Hotels with budget hotel facilities and interiors like boutique hotels. Boutique Hotels Budget is a small-scale hotel that provides a unique atmosphere with standard services and low costs. For project 2, the location of land in the Araya Malang housing area. The Design Project is a Guest House. Guest house is a type of accommodation facility, both owned by individuals / companies that are specifically intended for guests who stay overnight. Guest houses can also consist of private homes designed for guests' needs and better known as backpacker-style lodging. The client asks for a room to get the best view on the land. Not only that, the client receives a lot of space that can be used separately.
