Abstract

Kabupaten Jember dengan luas wilayah 3.293,34 km2 dan memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai 2.529.967 jiwa, sedangkan kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan luas wilayah 5.782,50 km2 dan memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai 1.564.833 jiwa, akan tetapi kedua daerah tersebut belum memiliki prasarana transportasi penghubung antara kedua daerah yang optimal dan memadai. Semakin meningkatnya volume kendaraan umum yang melintas di jalan raya Jember - Banyuwangi diperlukan moda transportasi alternatif yang mampu mengatasi masalah kemacetan. Dengan semakin kuatnya isu lingkungan, maka keunggulan kereta api dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alasan yang kuat untuk membangun transportasi perkeretaapian sehingga terwujud transportasi yang efektif, efisien dan ramah lingkungan. (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No.43, 2011). Jalur kereta api Jember – Banyuwangi yang tersedia berupa jalur tunggal. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, jalur ganda baru direncanakan dengan menggunakan trase jalur eksisting sebagai titik acuan yang dimulai dari arah Jember – Kalibaru, Banyuwangi. Analisa perhitungan direncanakan tetap mengacu pada trase eksisting dan dipertimbangkan pada kondisi tataguna lahan di kanan kiri jalur eksisting.yang dikerjakan meliputi desain geometrik, struktur jalan rel( rel, penambat, bantalan, wesel, sambungan), struktur bawah (balas, sub-balas), emplasemen dan trase jalur ganda. Peraturan yang digunakan dalam perencanaan jalur ganda lintas Stasiun Jember – Kalibaru, Banyuwangi adalah PM No. 60 tahun 2012, PD No. 10 tahun 1986, dan peraturan perencanaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan pembangunan jalan kereta api. Dari hasil perhitungan geometrik, di peroleh panjang jalur 53,781 km dan kecepatan rencana 100 km/jam pada masing – masing jalur, untuk lengkung horizontal menggunakan Rmin 550m dan di desain untuk jenis lengkug S-C-S dengan jumlah tikungan 27 buah. Pada analisa perhitungan konstruksi, jalur ganda lintas Jember – Kalibaru termasuk kategori kelas jalan III dengan tebal lapisan ballast 40 cm dan sub-ballast 30cm. Lebar sepur yang dipilih yaitu 1067 mm dan tipe rel yang digunakan adalah UIC R54. Untuk bantalan yang digunakan yaitu, bantalan beton dengan penambat elastis ganda tipe E-Clip. Dimensi emplasemen pada jalur ganda lintas Jember-Kalibaru gedung stasiun kecil 409.6 m2 , stasiun sedang 614.4 m2, stasiun besar 1536 m2 dan jenis peron pada stasiun menggunakan peron tinggi.

The ncreasing volume of public vehicles passing through the Jember – Banyuwangi highway, alternative modes of transportation are needed to solve the traffic problem. With the existing environmental issues, the advantages of railway can be used as one of the strong reasons to build railway transportation so that the realization of effective, efficient and environmentally friendly transportation. (Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No.43, 2011). Jember - Banyuwangi railway line that available now is a single track only. In this Final Project, a new double track is planned by using the existing track path as a reference point starting from Jember - Kalibaru, Banyuwangi. The calculation analysis is planned referred to the existing trace and be considered in the land use condition on the right-hand side of the existing path. The work includes geometric design, railway structure (rail, tackle, bearing, wesel, connection), bottom structure (ballast, sub-ballast) , emplacement and double track trace. The rules used in the double path planning of the Jember – Kalibaru, Banyuwangi station are PM No. 60 of 2012, PD No. 10 of 1986, and other planning regulations relating to railway development planning. After all the analysis done, can be generated dimension and design drawing result of planning of railway road. From the results of the plan is also expected to be a solution to reduce the waiting time of the train and the growth of the number of passengers and used as comparative advice for the government in building the future rail road network. From the geometric calculation, the path length is 53.781 km and the speed of the plan is 100 km/h in each line, for horizontal curve using Rmin 550m and design for the type of Lengkug S-C-S with 26 turns. In the calculation of construction calculations, double cross paths are classified as Class III class with 40cm ballast layer and 30cm sub-ballast. The selected rail width is 1067 mm and the type of rail used is UIC R54. For the bearings used are, concrete pads with double elastic double-type E-Clip resistant. Railway yard (Emplacement) dimension of Jember- Kalibaru small station is 409.6 m2 , medium-sized station is 614.4 m2, big station is 1536 m2 and the platform of station is using highplatform type.
