Abstract

Pembangunan Jalan Tol Batang-Semarang adalah salah satu proyek ruas Jalan Tol Trans Jawa. Pembangunan jalan tol ini mempunyai beberapa tantangan salah satunya adalah pembangunan jembatan overpass yang melewati jalan tol aktif pada STA 448+776. Tantangan utama pembangunan jembatan overpass pada STA 448+776 adalah lalu lintas pada tol aktif di bawah overpass tidak dapat dihentikan untuk bekerja setiap saat.
Selain itu, desain struktur eksisting jembatan overpass menggunakan balok girder I dengan bentang 30,8 m, 50,8 m, dan 30,8 m. Penggunaan girder I dengan bentang 50,8 m pada bentang tengah cukup beresiko dalam pekerjaan pelaksanaan. Karena, girder I dengan bentang 50,8 m akan cenderung mudah mengalami tekuk akibat gaya lateral saat pengangkatan. Sehingga resiko terjadinya kecelakaan girder I patah ataupun jatuh ketika pengangkatan dapat terjadi.
Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan modifikasi desain jembatan overpass tol Batang-Semarang STA 448+776 menggunakan box girder prategang dengan metode cast in place balanced cantilever. Sistem box girder tidak terpengaruh gaya lateral saat pelaksanaan, sehingga resiko kecelakaan dapat diminimalkan. Penggunaan metode balanced cantilever akan mempermudah pelaksanaan pembangunan jembatan karena dalam pelaksanaan tidak akan banyak mengganggu lalu lintas jalan tol aktif di bawahnya.

The construction of the Batang-Semarang Toll Road is one of the projects in the Trans Java Toll Road. The construction of this toll road has several challenges, one of which is the construction of an overpass bridge that passes through an active toll road at STA 448 + 776. The main challenge for the construction of overpass bridges at STA 448 + 776 is that traffic on the active toll under the overpass cannot be stopped to work at any time
In addition, the design of the existing structure of the overpass bridge uses girder I beams with a span of 30.8 m, 50.8 m and 30.8 m. The use of girder I with a span of 50.8 m in the middle span is quite risky in the implementation work. Because, girder I with a span of 50.8 m will tend to be easy to experience buckling due to lateral force when lifting. So that the risk of accidental girder I breaks or falls when lifting can occur.
In this final project, modifications to the bridge design of the Batang-Semarang toll overpass STA 448 + 776 will be carried out using prestressed box girder using the cast in place balanced cantilever method. The box girder system is not affected by lateral forces during execution, so the risk of accidents can be minimized. The use of the balanced cantilever method will facilitate the implementation of bridge construction because in the implementation there will not be much disruption to the active toll road traffic beneath it.
