Abstract
Perkembangan lingkungan industri di era global semakin meningkatkan persaingan yang ketat pada sektor industri. Industri konstruksi ialah salah satu sektor terkuat dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penerapan Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) dapat menjadi peran penting untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan keberlanjutan dengan memedulikan lingkungan dan globalisasi. Pembangunan proyek Telkom Group Surabaya merupakan salah satu proyek terbesar yang dimiliki oleh PT. Wika Bangunan Gedung dengan pembangunan berkonsep bangunan hijau. Dalam mengusung konsep ini, hal yang perlu diperhatikan salah satunya yaitu rantai pasok hijau. Green Supply Chain dalam industri konstruksi ini memperhatikan mengenai bagaimana penggunaan material konstruksi, pemilihan pemasok atau subkontraktor, dan konservasi energi. Maka dari itu, dalam mengaplikasikan GSCM pada suatu pembangunan konstruksi harus adanya pengukuran kinerja dalam proses rantai pasok tersebut agar mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan atau pihak owner dalam melakukan proses pembangunan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kinerja green supply chain berdasarkan SCOR pada Proyek Telkom Group Surabaya yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Wika Bangunan Gedung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain kombinasi model SCOR dari Supply Chain Council dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process, dimana dari hasil perhitungan akan dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini teridentifikasi 11 indikator kinerja dari 4 proses yang sesuai digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja GSCM Proyek Telkom Group Surabaya. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja GSCM perusahaan mendapatkan nilai 67 yang masuk dalam kategori "marginal". Terdapat 7 indikator yang memiliki nilai kinerja kurang baik dan dilakukan rekomendasi perbaikan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja GSCM pada perusahaan dalam suatu proyek yang lebih baik.

The development of the industrial environment in the global era has increasingly intensified competition in the industrial sector. The construction industry is one of the strongest sectors in supporting economic growth in Indonesia. The application of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) can play an important role in enhancing competitive advantage and sustainability by promoting environmental responsibility amid globalization. The construction of the Telkom Group Surabaya Project is one of the largest projects undertaken by PT. Wika Bangunan Gedung with a green building concept. In carrying out this concept, one aspect that needs to be considered is the green supply chain. The Green Supply Chain in the construction industry pays attention to the use of construction materials, the selection of suppliers or subcontractors, and energy conservation. Therefore, in applying GSCM to a construction project, performance measurement in the supply chain process is required in order to achieve customer or owner satisfaction throughout the development process. This study aims to measure the green supply chain performance based on SCOR in the Telkom Group Surabaya Project carried out by PT. Wika Bangunan Gedung. The method used in this study combines the SCOR model from the Supply Chain Council with the Analytical Hierarchy Process, where recommendations for improvement are developed based on the calculation results. The results of this study identified 11 performance indicators from 4 business processes that are suitable for measuring the GSCM performance of the Telkom Group Surabaya Project. Overall, the company's Green Supply Chain Management performance received a score of 67, which falls into the "marginal" category. There are 7 indicators with poor performance values, and recommendations for improvement were proposed so that the company can enhance its GSCM performance in future projects.
