Abstract
Kabupaten Ponorogo memiliki potensi Desa Wisata yang dapat dikembangkan salah satunya Desa Selur. Hal ini kemudian diperkuat dengan ditetapkannya Desa Selur sebagai desa wista sejak tahun 2017. Pada Desa Selur terdapat 3 objek wisata berupa wisata alam yang telah dibuka untuk umum yaitu Air Terjun Sunggah, Watu Semaur dan Tumpak Siman. Selain itu sebagai desa wisata tentunya terdapat daya tarik utama yakni tradisi budaya dan keunikan desa. Tradisi budaya dan keunikan tersebut antara lain budaya bersih desa, kenduri, grebeg suro dan fitri serta pagelaran reog. Salah satu upaya penting dalam pengembangan desa wisata yaitu penyediaan infrastruktur. Saat ini Desa Wisata Selur, masih belum ditunjang oleh infrastruktur yang memadai. Oleh sebab itu, di perlukan pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung wisata secara tepat berdasarkan pertimbangan dari beberapa pihak yang terlibat seperti masyarakat, akademisi dan pemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa tahapanyang dilakukan yaitu mengidentifikasi karakteristik infrastruktur pendukung pariwisata Desa Selur, menganalisa kebutuhan infrastruktur yang diperlukan, menganalisa prioritas pengembangan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja infrastruktur pendukung Desa Wisata Selur, kemudian menentukan arahan pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung kawasan Desa Wisata Selur Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisi deskriptif. Langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik infrastruktur Desa Wisata Selur. setelah itu, dilakukan analisa delphi untuk menentukan kebutuhan infrastruktur berdasarkan preferensi stakeholder. Setelah diketahui infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan selanjutnya dilakukan analisa prioritas pengembangan penentuan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja infrastruktur pariwisata. dalam melakukan analisis tersebut menggunakan analisis indeks performance (IPA). Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis triangulasi untuk mendapatkan arahan yang tepat dalam pengembangan infrastruktur Desa Wisata Selur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapati kondisi, kebutuhan dan prioritas pengembangan berbeda beda pada masing masing objek wisata. Secara keseluruhan infrastruktur yang belum tersedia antara lain fasilitas penginapan, tempat pertunjukan budaya, pusat oleh-oleh, pusat pelayanan informasi, pos keamanan, jaringan listrik dan moda transportasi. Infrastruktur tersebut yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan pada Desa Wisata Selur.

Ponorogo District has many potential Tourism Village that can be developed, one of which is Selur Village. This was further strengthened by the establishment of Selur Village as a Tourism village since 2017. In Selur Village there are 3 attractions in the form of natural tourism that have been opened to the public namely Sunggah Waterfall, Watu Semaur and Tumpak Siman. Apart from being a tourist village, there are major attractions such as the cultural tradition and the uniqueness of the village. Those cultural and unique traditions include: clean village culture, kenduri, grebeg suro and fitri as well as reog performances.One important effort in developing tourism villages is the provision of infrastructure. At the present, Selur Tourism Village still is not supported by adequate infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to develop tourism supporting infrastructure appropriately based on the considerations from several parties involved including the community, academics and the government. There are several steps that are carried out in this research, namely identifying the characteristics of tourism supporting infrastructure in Selur Village, analyzing the required infrastructure requirements, analyzing development priorities based on the importance and performance of supporting infrastructure of Selur Tourism Village, and then determining the direction of supporting infrastructure development from the Selur Tourism Village area in Ponorogo District. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The initial step is to identify the infrastructure characteristics of Selur Tourism Village. After that, a delphi analysis was conducted to determine infrastructure requirements based on stakeholder preferences. Once required infrastructure is known, a development priority analysis in determining the importance and performance of tourism infrastructure is then conducted. In conducting the analysis, performance index analysis (IPA) is used. Next, a triangulation analysis was conducted to get the right direction in the development of infrastructure in the Selur Tourism Village. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the needs and development priorities differed from each tourist attraction. Overall infrastructure that is not yet available includes lodging facilities, cultural venues, souvenir centers, information service centers, security posts, electricity networks and transportation modes. Those infrastructures are priority for development in the Selur Tourism Village.
