Abstract

Bagian konstruksi lunas merupakan salah satu konstruksi vital yang harus memiliki kekuatan yang baik dan memenuhi standar biro klasifikasi. Kekuatan yang baik terbentuk dari material yang tepat. Saat ini lunas kapal wisata banyak menggunakan kayu Jati dan kayu Ulin, namun seiring berjalannya waktu jenis kayu tersebut kini mengalami kelangkaan. Material bambu laminasi berpotensi untuk dibuat sebagai lunas kapal kayu. Laminasi bambu perlu diperkuat dengan material lain. Aluminium adalah salah satu bahan konstruksi secara umum atau yang memiliki tingkat rasio kekuatan dan berat yang sangat baik dibanding material lain. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan membuat lunas kapal wisata menggunakan material laminasi bambu hybrid aluminium. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menganalisa teknis dan ekonomis lunas kapal wisata menggunakan material laminasi bambu hybrid aluminium. Analisa teknis dengan uji kekuatan tarik sesuai standar ASTM D3500 dan uji kekuatan tekuk sesuai standar ASTM D3043 terhadap variasi spesimen A1, A2, dan A3. Nilai massa jenis dari laminasi hybrid aluminium variasi A1, A2, dan A3 berturut-turut sebesar 0,89 gram/cm3, 1,09 gram/cm3, dan 1,2 gram/cm3. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil pengujian, didapatkan nilai kuat tarik sebesar 127,296 MPa, 148,363 MPa, dan 176,386 MPa berturut-turut. Didapatkan hasil uji kuat tekuk sebesar 102,684. MPa, 131,291 MPa, dan 136,790 MPa dengan persyaratan nilai kuat tarik dan tekuk sesuai rules BKI vol VII 2013 sebesar 42,169 MPa, dan 71,098 MPa, maka material laminasi bambu hybrid aluminium memenuhi syarat minimal material pembentuk lunas kapal kayu sesuai rules BKI vol VII 2013. Lunas kapal wisata KM.GAYYAS dengan panjang keseluruhan kapal sebesar 15,77 meter menggunakan material laminasi bambu hybrid aluminium lebih ekonomis dibandingkan lunas kapal menggunakan material kayu Ulin solid. Biaya pembuatan lunas kapal wisata mengacu pada BKI vol VII 2013 variasi A1, A2, dan A3 berturut-turut sebesar Rp 1.379.790, Rp 2.656.827, dan Rp 3.011.968. Persentase nilai ekonomis tiap variasi sebesar 15%, 29%, dan 33%. Biaya pembuatan kapal wisata panjang ≤ 24 meter antara full laminasi bambu Ori sebesar Rp 142.208.923. Persentase pengurangan biaya pembuatan kapal wisata berbahan dasar bambu Ori ketika bagian lunas diganti dengan laminasi bambu hybrid aluminium variasi A1, A2, dan A3 sebesar 1 – 2%.

The full part of keel construction is one of the vital construction that must possess good strength and meet the standards of the classification Bureau. Good strength is formed from the right material. Nowadays, many tourist ships use teak wood and Ulin wood, but over time the type of wood is now experiencing scarcity. Laminated Bamboo Material has the potential to be made as a timber vessel. Bamboo laminate needs to be reinforced with other materials. Aluminium is either a construction material in general or that has a very good level of strength and weight ratio compared to other materials. Therefore, a study with the purpose of making the tour ship using aluminum hybrid bamboo laminate material. The test was conducted by analyzing the technical and economical of the tour ship using aluminum hybrid bamboo laminate material. Technical analysis with tensile strength test is according to ASTM D3500 standards and test force bending as per ASTM standard D3043 on specimen variations of A1, A2, and A3. The density value of the aluminium hybrid laminated variations of A1, A2, and A3 respectively amounted to 0.89 grams/cm3, 1.09 grams/cm3, and 1.2 gram/cm3. Based on the calculation of the test results, a strong tensile value of 124.101 MPa, 117.234 MPa and 176.386 MPa in a row is obtained. Obtained strong bend test result of 102.684. MPa, 131.291 MPa, and 136.790 MPa with strong value requirements drag and bend according to BKI rules amounting to 42.169 MPa, and 71.098 MPa, the aluminium hybrid bamboo laminate material qualifies as minimal wood vessel material as per BKI rules. Full KM Tour ship. GAYYAS with a total ship length of 15.77 meters using aluminum hybrid bamboo laminate material is more economical than the keel vessel using Ulin solid wood material. The cost of making the keel of tour ship refers to BKI volume VII 2013 Variations A1, A2, and A3 in a row of Rp 1,379,790, Rp 2,656,827, and Rp 3,011,968. The percentage of economical value per variation is 15%, 29%, and 33%. The cost of making a long tourist vessel ≤ 24 meters between full laminated bamboo Ori of Rp 142,208,923. Percentage reduction of the cost of making tourism vessels based on bamboo Ori when the keel is replaced with aluminum laminated bamboo laminate variations A1, A2, and A3 amounted to 1 – 2%.
