Abstract

Tol Cileunyi – Sumedang – Dawuan atau yang bisa disebut juga Tol CISUMDAWU adalah jalan tol yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang akan menghubungkan jalan tol Padalarang pada sisi selatan dan jalan tol Cikampek pada sisi utara. Tol CISUMDAWU terdiri dari 6 seksi dengan total panjang 60,1 km. Pada saat ini tol ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan. Nantinya,jalan tol CISUMDAWU akan terintegrasi ke Bandara Internasioal Jawa Barat Kertajati, yang berada di Majalengka dan pelabuhan di Cirebon. Dengan dibangunnya tol CISUMDAWU ini diharapkan menjadi solusi kemacetan di daerah tersebut dan memberi penghematan biaya maupun waktu tempuh untuk menuju ke daerah lainnya. Selain itu, tentunya diharapkan pula akan menunjang kegiatan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penulis merencanakan ulang geometrik dan tebal perkerasan pada STA 43+939 sampai dengan STA 59+712 yang berada di seksi 5 dan seksi 6. Tol CISUMDAWU digunakan sebagai objek tugas akhir untuk merencanakan geometrik jalan yang terdiri dari alinemen horizontal dan alinemen vertikal dengan mengacu pada Standar Geometri Jalan Bebas Hambatan untuk Jalan Tol No. 007/BM/2009, RSNI T-14-2004 “Geometrik Jalan Perkotaan” dan ASSHTO 2011 “A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets”. Perhitungan perkerasan kaku mengacu pada Manual Perkerasan Jalan 2018. Perhitungan sambungan pada perkerasan berdasarkan Pd-T-14-2003 “Perencanaan Perkerasan Jalan Beton Semen” Perhitungan biaya material berdasarkan Standar Harga Pemerintah Kota Bandung.
Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil desain geometrik jalan yang terdiri dari 5 alinemen horizontal dengan kecepatan rencana 100 km/jam dan jenis tipe lengkungnya adalah circle-spiral-circle. Perkerasan jalan menggunakan perkerasan kaku tipe JPCP (Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement) dan didapatkan tebal 305 mm dengan sambungan memanjang (tie bar) D19 dan sambungan susut melintang (dowel) ϕ38 mm – 300mm, dan total biaya material sejumlah Rp2.331.554.690.309,27.

Cileunyi – Sumedang – Dawuan toll road or that is also known as CISUMDAWU Toll Road is a toll road that is located in West Java that will connect Padalarang toll road on the south side with Cikampek toll road on the north side. The author redesign geometric and pavement thickness on STA 43 + 939 up to STA 59 + 712 which are located at section 5 and section 6.
CISUMDAWU Toll Road is used as the final project object to design the geometric of the road that consist of horizontal alignments and vertical alignments with reference to the Geometry Standard of Freeways for Toll Road No. 007 / BM / 2009, RSNI T-14-2004 "Urban Road Geometry" and ASSHTO 2011 "A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets". Rigid pavement calculations based on Road Pavement Manual 2018. Calculation of pavement connection based on Pd-T-14-2003 "Cement Concrete Road Pavement Planning" Calculation of material costs based on Bandung City Government Price Standards.
From the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of the geometric design of the road consist of 5 horizontal alignments with design speed of 100 km / h and the type of arch type is circle-spiral-circle. The type of road rigid pavement uses JPCP (Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement) and obtained 305 mm thickness with longitudinal connection (tie bar) D19 and dowel ϕ38 mm - 300mm, also the total cost of materials is Rp2.331.554.690.309,27.
