Abstract
Pembangunan infrastruktur akan mempengaruhi penggunaan lahan di kawasan sekitarnya. Perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi terus menerus tanpa memperhatikan faktor ekologi dapat memengaruhi kemampuan lahan. Seperti yang terjadi di kawasan Gerbang TOL Tambak Sumur. Gerbang TOL Tambak Sumur merupakan salah satu gerbang tol yang terdapat di sepanjang Jalan TOL Waru-Juanda. Pasca pembangunan Gerbang TOL Tambak Sumur tentu akan mempengaruhi penggunaan lahan di kawasan sekitarnya. Maka perlu dilakukan proyeksi perubahan tutupan lahan terbangun untuk mengetahui arah perubahan tutupan lahan yang dapat menjadi masukan untuk Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam evaluasi rencana pemanfaatan ruang. Analisis perubahan tutupan lahan dilakukan berdasarkan faktor-faktor spasial. Penentuan potensi perubahan lahan yang dilakukan dengan dua teknik analisis. (1) Teknik analisis statistik Uji KMO and Barlett’s dan Regresi Logistik (SPSS) untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel penentu perubahan tutupan lahan serta model matematis perubahan tutupan lahan di Kawasan Gerbang TOL Tambak Sumur, (2) Teknik analisis spasial (GIS) digunakan untuk memvisualkan arah perubahan tutupan lahan berdasarkan model model matematis perubahan tutupan lahan di Kawasan Gerbang TOL Tambak Sumur Hasil penelitian dari tiap tahapan analisis saling berkaitan. Uji KMO and Barlett’s menghasilkan 12 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tutupan lahan. Hasil Analisis Regresi Logistik menghasilkan model sparial perubahan tutupan lahan dengan konstanta 2,088. Variabel yang berpengaruh dalam model tersebut adalah sarana gerbang TOL, sarana perdagangan dan jasa, sarana kesehatan, sarana perkantoran, sarana peribadatan, sarana pendidikan, wilayah permukiman, wilayah industri, jaringan telekomunikasi, jaringan listrik, jaringan air bersih, jaringan jalan. Hasil perumusan model spasial perubahan tutupan lahan sebesar 1,37945e-015 sampai dengan 0,998531. Skenario probabilitas perubahan tutupan lahan 90% yang paling sesuai diaplikasikan dengan akurasi sangat baik. Luasan perubahan tutupan lahan yang berubah menjadi tutupan lahan terbangun sebesar 257,07 ha.

As is the case with the acces of the 12,8 KM Waru-Juanda TOL Gate which interconnects the Waru and Juanda International Airport, it will certainly affect land use in the surrounding area. So it is necessary to project the built-in land cover change to find out the direction of land cover change is expected to be input for The Surabaya City Government and Sidoarjo Regency in evaluating the spatial utilization plan. Analysis of changes in land cover based on spatial factors. Determinations of potential land change is carried out with two analysis techniques. (1) Statistical analysis technique of KMO and Barlett’s Test and Logistic regression (SPSS) to identify the determinants of land cover change and mathematical models of land cover changes in the Tambak Sumur TOL Gate Interchange. The results from each phase of the analysis are irrelated. The KMO and Barlett’s test produces several variables that affect land cover change. The resuls of Logistic regression Analysis produce a spatial model of land cover change with a constant of 2,088. Variables that affect the model are TOL gate interchange, trade facilities and services, health facilities, office facilities, religious facilities, educational facilities, residential areas, industrial areas, telecommunications networks, electricity networks, clean water networks, road networks. The results of the spatial model formulation of land cover changes starts from 1,37945e-015 to 0,998531. The probability scenario of the most suitable 90% land cover change is applied with very good accuracy. The extent of land cover changes that have changed to built land cover is 257,07 Ha.
