Abstract
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Soetomo adalah rumah sakit kelas A, rumah sakit rujukan tertinggi (Top referral Hospital) terutama untuk wilayah Indonesia bagian Timur. RSUD Dr. Soetomo memiliki layanan Poli Eksekutif untuk Instalasi Rawat Jalan yang diselenggarakan untuk memberikan akses kepada masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan yang lebih cepat dan lebih nyaman. Dengan konsep pelayanannya yang lebih terintegrasi, tentunya poli eksekutif rawat jalan juga harus bisa menawarkan hospitality dan pengalaman yang lebih terhadap penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan salah satunya melalui desain interior. Desain interior juga dapat menjadi daya jual yang akan berkontribusi dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen. Suasana ruang adalah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi psikologi seseorang. Dalam proses penyembuhan, lingkungan sekitar memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Dari sudut pandang ini, hadir healing environment. Untuk menciptakan healing environment tersebut, diterapkan desain yang menghadirkan nuansa biofilik pada ruang. Biofilik berasal dari definisi “biophilia” yang berarti dekat dengan alam. Desain biofilik merupakan konsep dengan atribut penerapan beragam yang mendukung healing Environment. Perumusan konsep desain dilakukan setelah pengolahan data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung, mengkaji literatur didukung dengan wawancara narasumber terkait. Hasil desain dicapai dalam bentuk penerapan pada pengaturan layout untuk efisiensi penggunaan ruang serta menggunakan transformasi biomorphic form untuk menghadirkan nuansa biofilik sebagai wujud dari healing environtment tanpa mengganggu fungsi ruang.

Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Soetomo is categorizes as an A class hospital and serves as the Top referral Hospital especially for eastern region of Indonesia. RSUD Dr. Soetomo has an Executive service for Outpatient-care, a service that provide a faster and comfortable for outpatient-care service. With a more integrated service concept, executive outpatient-care service must be able to offer more hospitality and experience to the users. Therefore, one of the necessary element that can be developed is the interior design. Interior design can also be a selling point that can contribute building customer loyalty. Space atmosphere one of many factors that could affect a person's psychology. Environment has a significant impact in healing process which led to the concept of healing environment. A design that is hinting biophilic atmosphere used as the base to create the healing environment. Biophilic comes from the definition of "biophilia" means “close to nature” which supports the concept of healing environment. Biophilic design is a concept which has various attribute that support the idea of a healing environment. The design concept concluded by working on qualitative data obtained from direct observation and reviewing literatures supported by interview with related sources. The final design result takes form in layout arrangement for maximizing usage of space and using biomorphic form transformations to create biophilic hints without disturbing the function of the space.
