Abstract
Umur platform diprediksi mencapai 52,9 tahun sejak inspeksi terakhir. Nilai PoF didapatkan 9,24 x 10-4/year dan interval inspeksi 2 tahun sekali menggunakan metode inspeksi magnetic particle test.

XMA Platform owned by Pertamina EP is a platform that has been operated in the Northern Sea of West Java for more than 20 years. The platform is planned to be extended for the next 20 years. Fatigue life prediction was used to consider the feasibility of the structure to be planned for the extension of the operating life. In this final project, the analysis of the remaining platform life was done using the fracture mechanics approach to determine the inspection interval from the risk of failure on XMA Platform with Risk Based Inspection plan. The probability of failure was obtained by the monte-carlo method for failure modes due to fatigue life on the critical join platform. Through calculation of fatigue life, it was found that XMA Plarform can be extended for the next 20 years. The age of the platform is predicted to reach 52,9 years since the last inspection. PoF value was obtained 9,24 x 10-4 / year and inspection intervals each 2 years using magnetic particle test inspection methods.
