Abstract
Untuk memaksimalkan performansi dari panel surya salah satunya adalah dengan metode sistem penjejak matahari atau biasa disebut dengan solar tracker. Solar tracker merupakan sebuah piranti elektronik yang terdiri dari beberapa elemen elektrik dan mekanik, yang berfungsi untuk mengontrol panel surya agar selalu mengikuti posisi matahari dengan sudut tegak lurus aga energi yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya dapat maksimal. Salah satu aplikasinya yaitu digunakan untuk sumber energi lampu pada penerangan jalan umum. Namun pada umumnya masih menggunakan penerangan jalan umum konvensional. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai analisa performansi dual axis solar tracker berbasis fuzzy PID controller pada lampu penerangan jalan. Pada penelitian sistem dual axis solar tracker ini kontrol logika fuzzy menggunakan 5 membership function. Indeks performansi respon sistem dengan kontrol fuzzy dan fuzzy PID memiliki perbedaan nilai. Pada kontrol fuzzy nilai rise time dan settling time sebesar 9,8 s dan 11,2 s untuk sudut pitch dan 4,6 s dan 5,4 s untuk sudut yaw.Sedangkan pada kontrol fuzzy PID nilai rise time dan settling time sebesar 8,2 s dan 9,6 s untuk sudut pitch dan 3,6 s dan 4,8 s untuk sudut yaw. Dan PV tracker mengalami peningkatan performansi sebesar 48,3 % lebih besar dibandingkan dengan fixed panel.

To maximize the performance of solar panels, one of them is the method of solar tracking system or commonly called a solar tracker. Solar tracker is an electronic device consisting of several electrical and mechanical elements, which serves to regulate solar panels so that they can always take the position of the sun with a perpendicular angle or the energy produced by solar panels can be maximized. One application that is used for lighting energy sources in public street lighting. But generally still use conventional public street lighting. Therefore, this final project discusses the performance research of dual axis solar tracker based on fuzzy PID controller in street lighting. In this research the dual axis solar tracker system uses fuzzy logic using 5 membership functions. The system response performance index with fuzzy and fuzzy PID controls has different values. In fuzzy control the value of increase in time and settling time is 9.8 s and 11.2 s for pitch angle and 4.6 s and 5.4 s for yaw angles. While in fuzzy PID control the value increases time and settling time is 8,2s and 9.6s for pitch angles and 3.6 s and 4.8 s for yaw angles. And PV trackers increase performance by 48.3% greater than the fixed panel.
