Abstract

Non-formal education outside of school in this era is needed by students. However not infrequently from them, they feel bored when the lessons delivered. Saturation is due to environmental conditions that do not support. The environmental conditions of course institutions that are arranged to look like classrooms in schools will lead to student saturation. Although students get a teaching system with different techniques, environmental conditions must also be considered. Therefore, the design of the course institution has a special concept. With the concept of classrooms that are close to greening, it is hoped that it can help students stay focused and relaxed when receiving lessons. Reforestation in each of these classes is realized by the existence of a vertical garden attached as a secondary skin in the building of this course institution. Residential buildings contained in residential complexes often have exactly the same looks to each other. In its design, this residence will be designed in such a way that it appears that his house has a characteristic compared to other houses. With a concept that focuses on lighting and natural ventilation. With this concept, the processed designs utilize a variety of materials. Most walls are not massive. The walls use more roster brick. As well as additional roofing materials used made of glass so that light can still enter. Because the location of this house is at the end, it allows processing to look maximal on both sides.
