Abstract
Dalam suatu AC pada kereta api untuk pelaporan sejauh ini masih dengan menggunakan metode manual, dimana para penumpang kereta menghubungi kondektur untuk melaporkan apabila terjadi kerusakan atau ketidaknyamanan penumpang di dalam kereta yang lebih dikhususkan dalam proyek akhir ini pada AC kereta api, dengan demikian permasalahan mengenai AC kereta api hanya diketahui oleh kondektur dan penanggung jawab AC pada kereta api, tidak diketahui oleh penanggung jawab pada pihak divisi unit AC pada PT INKA. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka pada Proyek Akhir ini membuat Monitoring dan Pelaporan Kondisi AC Kereta Api Menggunakan Intranet dimana monitoring ini berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC kereta api dalam keadaan real time dan dapat diketahui oleh penanggung jawab AC pada kereta api dan pihak divisi unit AC di PT INKA. Pada prinsip kerjanya, beberapa komponen AC kereta api akan dibuat database pada server dan akan dilaporkan dengan menggunakan email. Dengan adanya Monitoring dan Pelaporan Kondisi AC Kereta Api Menggunakan Intranet ini didapatkan hasil pengujian dengan delay waktu pada pengiriman data dari PLC menuju server mendapatkan rata-rata hasil delay waktu sebesar 6,47 detik dalam waktu pengujian selama 4 hari.

In an air conditioner on a train for reporting so far it is still using a manual method, where train passengers contact the conductor to report if there is damage or inconvenience to passengers on the train which is more specialized in this final project on train air conditioning, thus the problem regarding air conditioning the train was only known by the conductor and the person in charge of the air conditioner on the train, unknown to the person in charge of the AC unit division at PT INKA. To overcome this problem, the Final Project make Monitoring and Reporting on the Condition of Train AC Using Intranet where the monitoring functions to determine the condition of the train AC in real time conditions and can be known by the person in charge of air conditioning on the train and division of the air conditioning unit at PT INKA. In principle, several train AC components will be created on the server database and will be reported using email. With the Monitoring and Reporting on the Condition of Train AC Using Intranet, the test results obtained with time delay on sending data from the PLC to the server get an average time delay of 6.47 seconds in the testing period for 4 days.
