Abstract

Kapal wisata sungai Kalimas masih banyak yang menggunakan tenaga bahan bakar minyak bumi dimana kurang tepat mencerminkan konsep dari eco city atau green city milik Surabaya dan kurang tepat dengan arti mengkorservasi karena mesin penggerak kapal berbahan bakar minyak bumi menimbulkan polusi udara dari gas hasil buang dari mesin, polusi air sungai apabila terjadi kebocoran pada mesin serta menimbulkan polusi suara dari mesin yang sedang beroprasi. Melalui program CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur bekerjasama dengan ITS (Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember) Surabaya berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan kapal wisata dengan konsep ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan sumber energi listrik untuk wisata sungai Kalimas dengan daya anggkut 16 penumpang dan satu kru kapal sebagai nahkoda kapal. Dalam prosesnya penulis bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan eksterior bagian kanopi kapal dimana kanopi kapal nantinya di harapkan mampu melindungi penumpang dari air hujan dan teriknya sinar matahari, akan tetapi pada penggunaan kanopi kapal yang rendah membuat ruang gerak dan penglihatan penumpang menjadi berkurang sehingga diperlukan kanopi kapal dengan sistem adjustable yang mampu dibuka dan ditutup. oleh karena itu penulis ingin memberikan sebuah solusi desain adjustable roof yang mempunyai fungsi buka tutup dimana pada saat di tutup mampu melindungi penumpang dari sinar matari dan air hujan dan ketika dibuka memberikan ruang lebih untuk beraktifitas dan melihat pemandangan sungai kalimas baik pada siang hari maupun malam hari, karena nantinya kru kapal hanya satu yang bertugas untuk mengemudikan kapal serta mengatur semua fitur yang ada pada kapal maka untuk pengoperasian adjustable roof menggunakan motor listrik sebebagi tenaga penggerak dengan harapan adjsudtable roof dapat di operasikan pada saat nahkoda sedang mengemudikan kapal.

There are still many Kalimas river tourism boats that use petroleum fuel which is not exactly reflecting the concept of Surabaya's eco city or Surabaya's green city and is less precise with the meaning of preserving because petroleum-powered propulsion engines cause air pollution from exhaust gases from the engine, river water pollution if there is a leak in the engine and cause noise pollution from the engine that is operating. Through the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution East Java in collaboration with ITS (Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology) Surabaya intends to develop a tourism vessel with an environmentally friendly concept that utilizes electrical energy sources for Kalimas river tourism with 16 passengers and one boat crew as boat captain. In the process the author is responsible for planning the exterior of the boat's canopy where the boat's canopy is expected to protect passengers from the rain and heat of the sun, but in the use of a low vessel canopy makes passenger space and vision reduced so that a boat canopy with a system is needed adjustable that can be opened and closed. Therefore, the writer wants to provide an adjustable roof design solution that has an open and close function where when it is closed it can protect passengers from sunlight and rain water and when opened gives more space for activities and seeing the scenery of the Kalimas river both during the day and night , because only one boat crew is in charge of driving the boat and arranging all the features on the boat so that the adjustable roof operation uses an electric motor as the driving force with the hope that the adjustable roof can be operated when the captain is driving the boat.
