Abstract

Pada tugas akhir ini, difokuskan pada usaha untuk memaksimalkan control level. Control level adalah salah satu variabel yang sangat di butuhkan dalam proses industri pada umumnya. Pada plant, control level yang digunakan memiliki beberapa komponen yaitu controller dengan menggunakan raspberry pi 3, actuator berupa solenoid valve, untuk sensor menggunakan ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) sebagai pensensing ketinggian air dalam suatu tank, dan display menggunakan LCD 20x4. Sensor ultrasonic dipasang di atas tank (pada tutup tank) dengan menggunakan prinsip pantulan gelombang ultrasonic, maka ketinggian air dapat terukur. Dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat control level dengan tujuan untuk otomatisasi proses pasteurisasi dan milk analyzer. Terdapat beberapa set point untuk tank 1 yaitu sebesar >10 cm , sedangkan pada tank 2 sebesar >9cm, set point tersebut untuk membuka pada tank proses pasteurisasi dan milk analyzer. Selain itu untuk tank 1 sebesar <0.5cm, sedangkan pada tank 2 sebesar <8.7cm, <8.5cm dan <0.5cm untuk menutup tank proses pasteurisasi dan milk analyzer. Dan hasil pengujian untuk sensor dengan set point 0.5cm didapatkan error tank 1 dan tank 2 sebesar 0,01 , serta diketahui nilai ketidakpastian diperluas untuk tank 1 sebesar 0,0082 sedangkan pada tank 2 sebesar 0,0083. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan sistem pengendalian level memiliki performasi yaitu settling time sebesar 7 menit 7 detik, maximum overshoot 9.2%, error steady state sebesar 0.34, dan rise time sebesar 5 menit 45 detik.

In this final project, focused on efforts to maximize control level. Control level is one variable that was needed in industrial processes in general. In the plant, the control level used has several components, first is a controller that using raspberry pi 3, an actuator in the form of a solenoid valve, for sensors using an ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) as a water level detector in a tank, and a display using a 20x4 LCD. Ultrasonic sensors are installed above the tank using the principle of reflection of ultrasonic waves, then the water level can be measured. In this final project, a level control is made with the aim of automating the pasteurization process and milk analyzer. There are several setpoints for tank 1 that are equal to >10cm, while in tank 2 equal to >9cm, that is to open on the pasteurization process tank and milk analyzer. Besides that for tank 1 it is <0.5 cm, while for tank 2 it is <8.7cm, <8.5cm and <5cm for closing the pasteurization process tank and milk analyzer. And the error results for the sensor of tank 1 and tank 2 is 0.01, and it is known that the uncertainty value is expanded for tank 1 by 0.0082 while in tank 2 it is 0.0083. From the test results that have been carried out the level control system has a performance that is settling time of 7 minutes 7 seconds, maximum overshoot 9.2 %, steady state error of 0.34, and rise time of 5 minutes 45 seconds.
