Abstract
Ludruk merupakan salah satu teater tradisional khas Jawa Timur. Di masa modern yang menyediakan berbagai macam hiburan ini, banyak ludruk yang gulung tikar. Akan tetapi terdapat sebuah kelompok Ludruk RRI yang masih aktif berkarya hingga saat ini. Selain itu kelompok ludruk ini memiliki media yang tidak biasa, yaitu dalam radio. Dibandingkan media konvensiona, media audio visual lebih efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi. Oleh karena itu dibuat sebuah media yang mampu meberikan informasi seputar sejarah ludruk dalam radio, yang ditujukan kepada pelaku budaya dan penikmat budaya.
Dalam pembuatan perancangan ini dilakukan beberapa metode kualitatif. Pada tahap awal dilakukan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam seputar sejarah Ludruk RRI untuk mencari informasi awal. Pada proses selanjutnya dilakukan studi observasi untuk mengamati proses produksi Ludruk RRI. Dilanjutkan studi eksperimental berupa pembuatan naskah dan storyboard. Selain itu dilakukan juga depth interview naskah kepada ahli film dokumenter. Metode ini dilakukan untuk menemukan cara yang tepat untuk menyajikan informasi kepada orang yang tertarik dan membutuhkan informasi detail seputar budaya dan juga pelaku budaya.
Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah media video dokumenter sejarah Ludruk RRI dengan konten informatif seputar sejarah kejayaan Ludruk RRI bernuansa nostalgia. Video ini telah diujikan saat Post Test kepada beberapa pelaku seni budaya dan penkmat budaya tradisional

Ludruk is one of the traditional theater of East Java. In modern times that provide a variety of entertainment, many ludruk out of business. However, there is a group of Ludruk RRI who are still actively working until now. Besides this ludruk group has unusual media, namely on the radio. Compared to conventional media, audiovisual media is more effective in conveying information. Therefore this media can give information about the history of ludruk on the radio, which aims at cultural actors and culture lovers.
In making this design, some qualitative methods have been carried out. In the initial stages, literature studies and in-depth interviews about the history of Ludruk RRI were conducted to find preliminary information. In the next process, an observational study was conducted to observe the Ludruk RRI production process. Then, experimental studies were continued in the form of making scripts and storyboards. Besides, depth interviews were also conducted with documentary film experts. This method is finished to find the right way to present information to people who are interested and need detailed information about the culture and cultural practitioners.
The result of this design is a video documentary on the history of Ludruk RRI with informative content about the history of the triumph of Ludruk RRI with a nostalgic ambiance. This video has been tested during the Post Test on several practitioners of cultural arts and traditional culture
