Abstract

Perusahaan Schneider Electric manufacturing batam memiliki target KE Koefisien efisiensi sebesar 80%. KE koefisien efisiensi merupakan indikator untuk mengetahui capaian hasil produksi. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan produk telah dihitung berdasarkan target yang telah disepakati antara masing-masing departemen. KE target yang tercapai dalam periode tahun 2018 rata-rata per weeknya hanya mencapai 55%. Pada proses pembacaan di produk tesys. karakter, cover, holder produk memberikan presentase sebesar 6% sehingga membuat jumlah target produksi tidak tercapai. Karakter pada produk TeSys dicetak menggunakan laser marking, proses pembacaan karakter di butuhkan resolusi kamera yang tinggi untuk memastikan karakter produk sesuai spesifikasi dari permintaan kualiti, sehingga target produksi terpenuhi. Pada mesin Vision Testing, terdapat 2691 reference produk. Idealnya dalam 1 hari proses produksi terjadi pergantian reference sebanyak 35 kali. Pada mesin yang di pakai pada proses pembacaan karakternya kurang akurat (fault reject), sehingga menyebabkan breakdown pada mesin. Hal ini berdampak kepada capain KE koefisien efesiensi jumlah produk yang ditarget tidak terpenuhi. Pada proyek akhir ini, akan dilakukan pergantian kamera Cognex 821-0032-2R kamera yang saat ini terpasang menjadi kamera Keyence CV-X470, hal ini bertujuan supaya mampu melakukan proses inspeksi pada produk TeSys agar lebih akurat. Dari pergantian kamera akan meningkatkan jumlah produksi dikarenakan berkurangnya waktu breakdown, sehingga meningkatkan indeks dari KE koefisien efisiensi.

The Schneider Electric manufacturing company Batam has a target of an efficiency coefficient in 80%. Efficiency coefficient is an indicator to find out the achievement of production. The time needed to complete the product has been calculated based on the targets agreed between the department. The 2018 target of efficiency coefficient that already achieved in a week is only 55%. And the process of reading the characters of the cover product shows a percentage of 6%. Because the percentage of reading the characters of the cover product is minimum, the amount of production targets is not achieved. The character of the product TeSys is printed using laser marking, the character reading process requires a high camera resolution to ensure the product character according to the specifications of the quality request, so that the production target is met. On Vision Testing machines, there are 2691 reference products. Ideally in 1 day the production process will change the reference 35 times. On machines currently in use the character reading process is faulty, causing a breakdown in the engine. This has an impact on the achievement of the efficiency coefficient of the targeted number of products not met. In this final project, a camera for the Cognex 821-0032-2R camera will be replaced, which is currently installed as a Keyence CV-X470 camera, in order to be able to carry out an inspection process on Tesys products to be more accurate. From the camera change will increase the amount of production due to reduced breakdown time, so as to increase the index from the efficiency coefficient.
