Abstract

Ganila 1.0.is a Kitchen Truck military that contains kitchen equipment for cooking and also carrying food. The vehicle has been used by the Indonesian Armed Forces in disaster response operations. The Ganila 1.0 cannot enter the Hercules plane because it has a height of 3550 mm. The second generation of Kitchen Truck was created with the name Ganila 2.0. The vehicle was designed to be able to enter the Hercules aircraft. The Ganila 2.0 has a height of 2550mm. As a result of the high reduction, the user cannot enter the vehicle. Added four cylinder hydraulic system that located on two sides of the front corner and two sides of the rear corner of the vehicle. The goal is to be able to raise the roof of the vehicle. So that users can do cooking activities in the vehicle. The hydraulic system is controlled via a cable remote. A hydraulic control system is designed that can be connected to a remote via a Bluetooth network. The system has an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller as the main control Solenoid valve on hydraulics through a solid state relay. The distance sensor is used to measure the height of each hydraulic cylinder that will be sent into a hydraulic remote. This system can facilitate users in operating hydraulics and users can find out the height of each hydraulic cylinder as a hydraulic system information.
