Abstract

Manajemen risiko didefinisikan sebagai aktivitas terkoordinasi yang dilakukan untuk mengarahkan dan mengelola organisasi dalam rangka menangani risiko (AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009, 2009). Beberapa penelitian telah dikembangkan mengenai enterprise risk management, di mana konsep tersebut menekankan tentang cara pandang manajemen risiko sebagai satu kesatuan yang utuh. Salah satu cara untuk memandang manajemen risiko secara utuh adalah mengintegrasikannya dengan performance management yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan atau dikenal dengan risk based performance framework. Pada konsep risk based performance, perumusan strategi perusahaan diawal harus diiringi perumusan strategi manajemen risiko, agar perusahaan mengetahui hal-hal yang mampu mengganggu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Framework risk based performance ini dapat diterapkan diseluruh perusahaan yang memiliki performance management. Oleh karena itu, pada penilitian ini dipilih PT.X sebagai objek amatannya. Saat ini PT.X telah memiliki performance management yang belum terintegrasi dengan manajemen risiko terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan framework risk based performance dengan menggunakan pendekatan SOAR (Strategy Objective at Risk) methodology, di mana pada metodologi tersebut dilakukan analisis risiko yang di-breakdown secara langsung dari strategy objective perusahaan, serta dihasilkan risk scorecard untuk memantau risiko yang telah teridentifikasi, memberikan usulan risk control untuk mengurangi probabilitas terjadinya risiko dan menghitung kerugian yang disebabkan oleh risiko yang telah teridentifikasi. ========== Risk management is defined as coordinated activities undertaken to direct and manage the organization in order to handle the risk (AS / NZS ISO 31000: 2009, 2009). Several research has been developed on enterprise risk management, in which it concerned on the comprehensive view of risk management namely by viewing it as a whole rather than viewing it partially. One way to look at risk management as a whole is by integrating the company’s performance management, known as risk based performance framework. On risk-based performance concept, corporate strategy formulation must be done simultaneously with the formulation of risk management strategies, so that the company could identify several factors that were able to interfere the achievement of corporate goals. Risk-based performance framework can be applied across an enterprise that has a performance management. Therefore, in this research PT X is selected as the object of this research. Currently, PT.X already has a performance management that has not been integrated with the integrated risk management system. This research aims to develop a risk-based performance framework by using an approach SOAR (Strategy Objective at Risk) methodology, where risk analysis will be breakdown directly from the company’s objective strategies. As a result of this research, researcher will develop risk scorecard to monitor identified risk, provide way for risk control to reduce the probability of risk occurance, and calculate the losses caused by identified risk.
