Abstract
Surabaya adalah kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia, sudah
dapat dipastikan pula bahwa kota ini juga memiliki penduduk
yang tidak sedikit. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan
masyarakatnya, pemerintah kota pastinya akan selalu
mengupayakan proses pembangunan. Seperti yang terjadi di
dinas kebersihan dan pertamanan kota Surabaya.
Secara keseluruhan dinas ini masih menggunakan cara
manual dalam melakukan berbagai hal, misalnya pemesanan dan
penyaluran barang ke tempat-tempat yang membutuhkan barang.
Petugas lapangan harus mendatangi kantor dinas kebersihan dan
pertamanan untuk melakukan pemesanan barang. Membutuhkan
waktu yang lama untuk melakukan pemesanan barang, sehingga
proses bisnis menjadi tidak efisien. Untuk menyelesaikan
permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi dengan
perangkat bergerak. Aplikasi ini nantinya akan digunakan
petugas lapangan untuk melakukan pemesanan barang sehingga
tidak perlu datang ke kantor dinas kebersihan dan pertamanan
kota Surabaya.
Pada tahap pengujian dilakukan dengan melakukan
pemesanan barang dan manajemen data pemesanan secara
runtut. Proses pengiriman dan penerimaan data untuk melakukan pemesanan barang serta melihat status pemesanan juga diuji.
Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi layanan
pemesanan barang menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan
pemesanan barang yang kurang efektif. Hal ini berdasarkan
dengan hasil kuisioner yang telah dilakukan dengan jawaban
60% sangat setuju dan 40% setuju. ========== Surabaya is the second largest city in Indonesia, it is

certainly always pursue the development process. As happened in
the department of cleanliness and landscaping the city of
Surabaya.
Overall the service is still using manual way of doing
things, for example, ordering and delivery of goods to the places
that need the goods. Field staff should go to offices of cleanliness
and landscaping to make orders. Takes a long time to make
orders, so that the business process becomes inefficient. To solve
these problems made the creation of applications with mobile
devices. This application will be used fieldworkers to an order of
goods that do not need to come to the offices of cleanliness and
landscaping city of Surabaya.
At this stage of the testing carried out by an order of
goods and data management in a coherent ordering. The process
of sending and receiving data to order goods and view order
status was also tested. The results of the testing that has been
done, the application service ordering goods into solutions to the

the results of questionnaires that have been carried out with the
