Abstract
Kerusakan lingkungan dan pemanasan global merupakan
fenomena yang telah terjadi di dunia. Perkembangan proyek
konstruksi dianggap memiliki peran terhadap terjadinya fenomena
tersebut. Maka dibutuhkan suatu konsep pembangunan yang
memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitar atau yang disebut
sebagai green building. Terdapat beberapa kategori agar suatu
bangunan disebut green building salah satunya yaitu penerapan
kategori green construction pada pelaksanaan konstruksi.
Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisa kategori green
construction pada proyek pembangunan Tower Venetian Grand
Sungkono Lagoon dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara
verifikasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa
kategori green construction pada penelitian ini berupa Greenship
New Building Versi 1.2 oleh GBCI.
Penelitian dilakukan pada kategori green construction yang
didapatkan dari hasil survey pendahuluan kepada para ahli yaitu
pengendalian lingkungan atas asap rokok, polutan kimia, tingkat
pencahayaan dan polusi dari aktivitas konstruksi. Dari hasil analisa
diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan green construction proyek
pembangunan Tower Venetian Grand Sungkono Lagoon untuk
kategori pengendalian lingkungan atas asap rokok, tingkat
pencahayaan dan polusi dari aktivitas konstruksi merupakan
kategori yang sesuai dengan tolok ukur Greenship dengan

prosentase pencapaian sebesar 100% sedangkan kategori polutan
kimia prosentasenya sebesar 66,67%.

Environmental degradation and global warming are a
phenomenon that has occurred in the world. The development of the
construction project is considered to have a role of the phenomenon.
So it takes a building concept to consider the environment’s
condition called “Green Building”. There are several categories in
order to make a building called Green Building, one of them is the
application of green construction category in the construction.
This research was analized green construction categories of
Tower Venetian Grand Sungkono Lagoon project with direct
observation and verification interview. The instrument that used to
analyze the green construction category in this study is Greenship
New Building Version 1.2 by GBCI.

research is the implementation of green construction of Tower

pollution of construction activity in accordance with the Greenship
with the percentage of the achievment of 100% and categories of
