Abstract
yang dirancang ini merupakan rumah sakit PHC tipe C yang berlokasi di jalan
RE Martadinata, dengan luas 10.200m2. Letak lokasi tapak berada di dekat pusat
pemerintahan, kemudian tapak berada di dekat sungai yang dijadikan sebagai jalur
transportasi air oleh warga sekitar. Peraturan zonasi mengacu pada peraturan perdagangan
dan jasa, hingga didapatkan KDB sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama :60% (2.442,74m2),
KDH : 40% (4.108,8), KLB : 7 Lantai, Garis Sempadan jalan 6 meter, Garis sempadan sungai
13 Meter, kepadatan bangunan disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang hanya boleh membangun
60% dari total luas lahan tujuannya adalah sebagai salah satu aspek dalam upaya
pengendalian perkembangan tata ruang dan tata bangunan serta tata lingkungan yang
memperhatikan keserasian, fungsional, estetis serta ekologis dalam pemanfaatan ruang lahan.
Ketinggian maksimal bangunan adalah 32.75 m (7Lantai), jarak bebas bangunan bagian utara
(RE martadinata) 20 m, Timur (Lahan kosong) 12 m, selatan (Sungai) 13 meter, dan barat
(Perempatan jalan raya) 21 m, tujuannya adalah sebagai penghawaan, pencahayaan, dan
keamanan dari bahaya kebakaran.
Kehadiran bangunan akan menambah komponen fasilitas kota dan estetika kota urban karena
perencanaan pada lahan memperhatikan Tata guna lahan sebagai fasilitas kesehatan, Bentuk
dan massa bangunan cenderung linear dan persegi panjang, sirkulasi dan parkir yang linear
dan terpusat, Ruang terbuka pada lahan yaitu kolam, tanaman,jalan, parkir, dan street
furniture, Aktivitas publik yang nantinya akan berkembang pada lokasi ini dan Signage pada
bangunan untuk memudahkan pengunjung mencapai bangunan.
Rumah sakit PHC ini dirancang dengan menambahkan konsep arsitektur hijau dan tidak
meninggalkan nilai-nilai budaya mayarakat banjarmasin yaitu terdapat pada penerapan
secondary skin pada muka bangunan dengan tujuan untuk memfilter matahari supaya hanya
cahaya saja yang masuk kedalam ruangan bukan panas matahari.

The hospital is a building of health facilities that are needed by society in general. A good
city or region is able to provide health facilities for citizens because the hospital can
accommodate all of health problems experienced by people either health problems of mild to
severe health problems.
This hospital is a hospital PHC type C located on the street RE Martadinata, with an area of
10.200m2. The layout of the site location is near the center of government, then the site is
near a river that serve as a transportation hub of water by local residents. Zoning regulations
based on the regulation of trade and services, and came up with KDB in accordance with the
collective agreement: 60% (2.442,74m2), KDH: 40% (4108.8), KLB: 7th Floor, Line Border
road 6 meters, the river border lines 13 meters, building density adjusted to the regulation that
only allowed to build 60% of the total land area of purpose is one aspect in controlling the
development of spatial planning and building as well as sound environmental attention to
harmony, functional, aesthetic and ecological utilization of land space. The maximum height
of the building is 32.75 m (7th Floor), clearances are building the north (RE Martadinata
road) 20 m, East (vacant land) 12 m, south (river) 13 meters, and the west (crossroad
highway) 21 m, the goal is as air movement, lighting, and fire safety.
The presence of the building will add a component city amenities and aesthetics of urban
centers because of planning on land pay attention Land use as a health facility, shape and
mass of the buildings tend to be linear and rectangular, circulation and parking are linear and
centralized, Open space on land such as ponds, plants, roads, parking, and street furniture,
public activity that will be developed at this location and signage on the building to allow
visitors to reach the building.
PHC hospital was designed by adding the concept of green architecture and does not leave
the cultural values society of Banjarmasin which is contained on the application of secondary
skin on the face of the building with the aim to filter out the sun so that only light is
transmitted into the room and not the hot sun.
