Abstract
Pembangunan Pasar Agrobis Babat yang ditujukan untuk
membantu meningkatkan aktifitas perekonomian di kawasan
strategis perdagangan dan jasa, ternyata memerlukan perhatian
dari pemerintah dalam hal peningkatan pelayanan pasar. Hal ini
dikarenakan masih minimnya aktifitas perdagangan dan jasa
yang ada. Oleh karena itu tujuan dalam penelitian adalah
merumuskan arahan peningkatan pelayanan pasar tradisional
Agrobis Babat. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
mengidentifikasi karakteristik Pasar Agrobis Babat dengan
menggunakan metode deskriptif. Selanjutnya mengetahui faktorfaktor
berpengaruh menggunakan CFA (Confrimatory Factor
Analysis) dan mengetahui tingkat pelayanan dengan IPA
(Importance Performing Analysis). Kemudian, merumuskan
arahan menggunakan content analysis.
Arahan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Pasar Agrobis
Babat terdiri dari arahan mikro dan arahan makro. Arahan
makro terdiri dari pembangunan terminal angkutan umum,
penambahan rute angkutan umum, pengembangan aktifitas di
sekitar lokasi pasar, menjalin kerjasama dengan daerah pemasok
barang dagangan. Sedangkan, arahan mikro untuk meningkatkan
pelayanan Pasar Agrobis Babat fokus kepada peningkatan upaya
pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, pemberian progam insetif
pada pedagang pasar, dan mengadakan kegiatan/event sebagai
upaya untuk menarik minat konsumen.

The development of Babat Agrobis Market is intended to
help increase the economic activity in trading and service
strategic area, it requires attention form the government in terms
of increasing service. This is because the lack of trading and
service activities. Therefore, the purpose of the research is
formulate the referral to increase Babat Agrobis Market
service. The first step in this research is identifying
characteristic using descriptive methods. The next step is
knowing factors that influence using CFA (Confrimatory Factor
Analysis) and knowing the level of service using IPA (Importance
Performing Analysis). And the final step is formulate the referral
to increase Babat Agrobis Market service using content
analysis.
Referral to increase Babat Agrobis Market service
consists of referral of macro and micro. Macro referral consist
of public transport terminal development, additional routes of
public transport, development activity around the market, and
establish cooperation with supplier areas. While, micro
referral consist of increased maintenance activities of facilities
and infrastructure in Babat Agrobis Market, the intensive
progam to market merchant and hold events to attract market
customers
