Abstract

Material Zn0,8Mg0,2TiO3 telah disintesis menggunakan
metode reaksi padat dengan variasi 2 mol% dan 4 mol% V2O5
serta suhu sintering 10000C dan 11000C selama 4 jam dan 8 jam.
Proses kalsinasi dilakukan pada temperatur 800°C untuk
menghasilkan fasa tunggal berukuran nanometer. Sinter fasa cair
dimaksudkan untuk menurunkan suhu sinter Zn0,8Mg0,2TiO3
dengan aditif 2 mol% V2O5 dan 4 mol% V2O5 yang mengalami
keadaan melting point saat proses sinter terjadi. Dilakukan
identifikasi fasa untuk semua sampel yang menghasilkan
terbentuknya fasa sekunder TiO2 dan Zn2TiO4. Penambahan zat
aditif V2O5 dapat memicu pertumbuhan ukuran butir yang
mengakibatkan konstanta dielektrik besar pada daerah polarisasi
dipolar. Secara keseluruhan, sampel dengan nilai densitas terbesar
memiliki nilai resistivitas dan konstanta dielektrik yang tinggi,
sedangkan nilai konduktivitas rendah. ========== Zn0,8Mg0,2TiO3 powder was synthesized by solid state
reaction method using a variation 2 mol % and 4 mol % V2O5
with sintering temperature 10000C and 11000C for 4 hours and 8
hours. Calcination is carried out at temperature 8000C to produce
a single nanometer sized phase. Liquid phase sintering was used
to reduce temperature of sintering Zn0,8Mg0,2TiO3 with the
addictive 2 mol% V2O5 and 4 mol% V2O5 that happened in
melting point state when process of sintering occured. The
identification phase for all samples that resulted in the formation
of secondary phases which is phase Zn2TiO4 and Rutile TiO2. The
addition of additives V2O5 produces grain size growth that result
in large dielectric constant value on dipolar polarization. Overall,
the sample with largest density has high resistivity values and
high dielectric constan, however value of conductivity is low.
