Abstract

Pipeline atau pipa penyalur memiliki peranan penting dalam industri minyak dan gas untuk mentransfer minyak dan gas yang berhasil di eksplorasi menuju ke tempat pengolahan, salah satunya adalah pipeline milik PT. X yang berada di Blok Mahakam, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Mengingat perannya yang begitu penting, tentu saja proses instalasi pipeline tidak boleh mengalami keterlambatan dan harus beroperasi sesuai target yang sudah direncanakan. Proyek instalasi offshore pipeline ini mengalami keterlambatan selama 21 hari. Proyek ini dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. K dan diawasi langsung oleh supervisor PT. X. Proyek ini mulai dikerjakan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2018 dan selesai pada tanggal 03 Februari 2019. Untuk menganalisis keterlambatan proyek, pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode yang digabungkan yaitu metode fuzzy trapezoidal dan bowtie analysis. Dari hasil analisis fuzzy FTA didapatkan probability of top event keterlambatan proyek instalasi offshore pipeline sebesar 0.0426. Hasil diagram fuzzy ETA didapatkan besar risiko setiap Output. Output A dan B memiliki besar risiko Low sedangkan Output C, D, dan E memiliki besar risiko Moderate. Hasil dari diagram bowtie analysis akan ditentukan preventif yang berfungsi sebagai pencegahan dan mitigasi yang berfungsi sebagai pengurangan akibat keterlambatan yang dapat dilihat pada Gambar 4.20.

Pipeline has an important role in oil and gas industry to transfer oil or gas that have been discovered to production station, one of which is pipeline system belong to PT. X located in Mahakam Block, East Borneo, Indonesia. Considering it’s important role, pipeline installation can’t experience delay and needs to operate as planned. This offshore pipeline installation ex perienced 21 days delay. This offshore pipeline installation project was done by PT. K as contractor and supervised directly by PT. X. This project started at December 5 th 2018 and finished at February 3rd 2019. To analyze the delay of this project, this research uses 2 combine methods, which are fuzzy trapezoidal and bowtie analysis. The result of top event probability for the delay of offshore pipeline installation from fuzzy fault tree analysis (FTA) is 0.0426. The results of fuzzy event tree analysis (ETA) diagram shows that there are risks for each Output. Outputs A and B have a Low risk, while Output C, D, and E have a Moderate risk. The results from bowtie analysis will determine preventive value which will be used as precaution and mitigation which will be used as reduction due to delays shown in Figure 4.20.
