Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “sintesis dan karakterisasi film CuO sebagai material penyusun sel surya berbasis perovskite. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmembuat film CuO dengan metode sol-gel spin coating dan menganalisis absorbansi, ketebalan, energi gap, koefisien absorbsi, ukuran kristal, kristalinitas, dan senyawa yang terbentukpada film CuO akibat perlakuan pemanasan. Film CuO diberi perlakuan panas annealing dengan variasi suhu 400°C, 500°C, dan 600°C selama satu jam. Karakterisasi dilaukan dengan Uv-Vis, XRD, dan FTIR.

The research entitled "synthesis and characterization of CuO films as perovskite-based solar cells material". The research aims to make CuO films with the sol-gel spin coating method and analyze absorbance, thicness, energy gap, absorbance coefficient, crystal size, crystallinity and compound in CuO thin films due to the heating treatment. CuO thin films were then heat treated without annealing and by annealing with a temperature variation 400°C, 500°C dan 600°C for one hour. The annealed CuO films were then characterized using Uv-Vis, XRD, and FTIR.
