Abstract
Gedung Apartemen The Conexio LRT Superblock merupakan bangunan konstruksi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2018 dan direncakanan selesai pada bulan Mei 2019. Pada perencanaan konstruksi gedung ini masih menggunakan peraturan gempa yang lama yaitu SNI Gempa 03-1726-2012. Saat ini pemerintah telah mengeluarkan peraturan gempa baru yaitu SNI Gempa 1726-201X. Maka dari itu gedung Apartemen The Conexio LRT Superblock ini perlu dilakukan analisis kembali agar sesuai dengan peraturan gempa yang baru. Kemudian dilakukan perencanaan retrofitting struktur gedung apabila terdapat bagian yang tidak mampu menahan beban yang bekerja dengan menggunakan material Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) baik pada struktur kolom, balok maupun pelat yang diharapkan dapat menambah kekuatan struktur untuk memikul beban-beban yang bekerja.
Pengumpulan data gedung dilakukan untuk menganalisis struktur gedung dan menentukan kekuatan struktur eksisting. Desain struktur eksisting masih menggunakan SNI Gempa 03-1726-2012 untuk mendapatkan kekuatan struktur eksisting. Desain struktur baru menggunakan SNI 1726-201X menjadi data pembanding apakah struktur tersebut masih mampu memikul beban yang ada atau ternyata membutuhkan perkuatan (retrofitting) pada struktur yang telah di lakukan analisis. Pada struktur yang membutuhkan perkuatan akan dilakukan retrofitting menggunakan material Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP).
Penulis mengharapkan agar analisis kekuatan gedung Apartemen The Conexio LRT Superblock terhadap pembebanan gempa baru SNI 1726-201X dan perkuatan (retrofitting) menggunakan CFRP dapat dijadikan pertimbangan apabila terdapat bagian yang membutuhkan perkuatan. Analisis yang dilakukan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan output perhitungan yang akurat, dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan, serta gambar design yang rinci dan jelas.

The Conexio LRT Superblock Apartment Building is a construction building that was carried out in May 2018 and planned to be completed in May 2019. In the construction planning this building is still using the old earthquake regulations namely SNI 03-1726-2012. At present the government has issued a new earthquake regulation namely SNI 1726-201X. Therefore the The Conexio LRT Superblock Apartment building needs to be re-analyzed to comply with the new earthquake regulations. Then the retrofitting plan of the building is carried out if there are parts that are not able to withstand the load that works by using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) material both in the column, beam and plate structure which is expected to increase the strength of the structure to carry the work loads.
Building data collection is done to analyze the structure of buildings and determine the strength of existing structures. Existing structure design still uses SNI 03-1726-2012 to get the strength of the existing structure. The new structure design using SNI 1726-201X becomes a comparative data whether the structure is still able to carry the existing burden or in fact it requires retrofitting of the structure that has been analyzed. In structures that require reinforcement retrofitting will be done using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) material.
The author hopes that the analysis of the strength of The Conexio LRT Superblock Apartment building on the new SNI 1726-201X earthquake loading and retrofitting using CFRP can be taken into consideration if there are parts that require reinforcement. The analysis conducted is expected to be able to produce an accurate calculation output, can be accounted for, as well as detailed and clear designed.
