Abstract
Tugas akhir ini merupakan perencanaan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek Peningkatan Struktur Jalan Ruas Tumbang Talaken – Tumbang Jutuh STA 0+000 - 3+500 Kabupaten Gunung Mas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Perencanaan yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari penentuan item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, penentuan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, penentuan sumber daya (tenaga kerja, material, dan alat), kapasitas produksi setiap jenis pekerjaan serta perhitungan durasi waktu pekerjaan. Data yang didapatkan untuk penyusunan tugas akhir ini berupa gambar kerja, volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknik. Gambar kerja digunakan untuk menghitung kembali volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknis akan digunakan sebagai landasan penetapan metode kerja. Metode pelaksanaan untuk menentukan network planning (jaringan kerja), agar dapat mengetahui waktu pelaksanaan yang paling singkat dengan meggunakan alat bantu MS. Projet 2019. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan pembangunan menggunakan sumber referensi dari Permen PU No.28/PRT/M/2016 tentang Pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum, gambar kerja, dan spesifikasi teknis. Biaya merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang sangat berperan besar untuk menunjang pembangunan proyek.Maka diperlukan perencanaan terhadap kebutuhan biaya melalui suatu penjadwalan biaya untuk mendapatkan jumlah biaya yang diperlukan berdasarkan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Dari hasil perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk menyelesaikan, proyek Peningkatan Struktur Jalan Ruas Tumbang Talaken – Tumbang Jutuh STA 0+000 - 3+500 Kabupaten Gunung Mas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dibutuhkan ±Rp 27.182.778.000,00 dalam waktu ±110 hari

This final project is planning the implementation of the task of repairing the Tumbang Talaken Road Section - Tumbang Jutuh STA 0 + 000 - 3 + 500 Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The planning that will be carried out consists of the selection of work, calculation of work volume, determination of work implementation methods, selection of resources (materials, and tools), production capacity of each type of work and calculation of work time. The data obtained for the preparation of this thesis in the form of work drawings, volume of work, technical specifications. Work drawings are used to recalculate the volume of work, technical specifications will be used as a basis for determining work methods. Implementation method to determine network planning (work network), in order to find out the shortest implementation time by using MS tools. Projet 2019. Calculation of time and cost of construction implementation using reference sources from Permen PU No.28 / PRT / M / 2016 concerning Guidelines for Analysis of Unit Work Price in Public Works, work drawings, and technical specifications. Cost is one of the resources that plays a major role to support the development of the project. Then it requires planning of the cost needs through a scheduling of costs to get the required amount of cost based on the time of project implementation. Tumbang Talaken - Tumbang Jutuh STA 0 + 000 - 3 + 500 Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province takes ± Rp.27.182.778.000,00 within ± 110 days.
