Abstract

Perkembangan sistem dan teknologi di industri khususnya di sektor rantai pasokan saat ini memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan dan ketepatan di sepanjang rantai pasokan. Terminal Teluk Lamong merupakan perusahaan jasa bongkar muat kontainer di Indonesia yang menerapkan konsep green port dengan teknologi peralatan bongkar muat terbarukan. Salah satu konsep terbarukan yang unik dan menonjol adalah docking station. Fasilitas tersebut mempunyai tujuan untuk mempercepat aktivitas bongkar. Terminal Teluk Lamong memiliki 5 lapangan penumpukkan yang tersedia dengan 30 fasilitas docking. Masalahnya adalah dalam utilitas lapangan penumpukkan atau yard occupancy ratio (YOR) dalam kegiatan bongkar yang memiliki nilai persentase yang rendah (27%). Meskipun nilai persentase seharusnya sekitar 60%, karena itu nilai utilitas halaman belum optimal. Simulasi diskrit bertujuan untuk membantu penentuan jumlah lapangan penumpukkan yang tersedia untuk aktivitas bongkar. Model kejadian diskrit ini hanya digunakan untuk aktivitas bongkar muat saja, karena fasilitas docking station hanya berada di aktivitas bongkar muat serta merupakan aktivitas yang paling dominan di perusahaan. Skenario terbaik yang didapat adalah menggunakan 3 lapangan penumpukan dengan 6 dcoking area di setiap lapangan penumpukan tersebut.

Teluk Lamong Terminal is a container loading and unloading service company in Indonesia that applies the green port concept with the technology of renewable loading and unloading equipment. One of the unique and prominent renewable concepts is the docking station. The facility has the aim to speed up loading activities. The Teluk Lamong Terminal has 5 stacking fields available with 30 docking facilities. The problem is in the yard occupancy ratio (YOR) utility in unloading activities that have a low percentage value (27%). Although the percentage value should be around 60%, the page utility value is not optimal. Discrete simulation aims to help determine the number of stacking fields available for unloading activities. This discrete event model is only used for loading and unloading activities, because the docking station facility is only in loading and unloading activities and is the most dominant activity in the company. The best scenario obtained is to use 3 stacking fields with 6 dcoking areas in each stacking field.
