Abstract
Raja Ampat adalah salah satu tempat wisata yang terletak di Provinsi Papua Barat. Keindahan alam Raja Ampat terutama di bawah laut, menarik wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung Jumlah pengunjung Raja Ampat terus meningkat tiap tahun, namun hal ini tidak sebanding dengan pertambahan jumlah sarana pendukung pariwisata yaitu resort. Tercatat oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Raja Ampat, jumlah resort sampai dengan tahun 2018 hanya mencapai 22 buah. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, floating structure menawarkan sensasi menginap di atas air. Tidak hanya menginap, pengunjung juga dapat menikmati fasilitas berupa mini theme park. Terdapat 4 wahana pada mini theme park yang di mana wahana-wahana tersebut dipilih berdasarkan hasil kuisioner. floating structure berbentuk barge dengan ukuran utama LoA: 70 m; B: 18 m; D:4 m; dan T: 1.8 m. Kondisi geografis lokasi floating structure dengan kedalaman 12 m, tinggi gelombang 0 – 1.25 m, dan kecepatan angin 5 knots serta dekat dengan Teluk Mayalibit. Payload floating structure adalah 2812,01 m2 untuk 160 orang. Analisis teknis yang dilakukan berupa perhitungan berat, perhitungan stabilitas, perhitungan trim, dan perhitungan freeboard. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mendesain lines plan, general arrangement, dan safety plan serta desain model 3D dan melakukan analisis ekonomis. Untuk kebutuhan air bersih floating structure menggunakan alat desalinasi, sedangkan untuk kebutuhan listrik menggunakan generator set Honny Power HCM275 250kVA. Sewage management plan menggunakan Advanced Wastewater Treatment. Biaya pembangunan Rp 50.100.107.125; biaya operasional Rp 28.228.929.793,09; Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 8.081.047.050,60; Internal Rate of Return (IRR): 16,03% dan Payback Period 12 tahun 7 bulan 18 hari.

Raja Ampat is one of tourist attractions located in West Papua Province. Its beautiful scenery, especially underwater scenery, attracts tourists both locals and overseas to visit. The number of Raja Ampat visitors continues to increase every year, however this growth is not equivalent with the increase of tourism supporting facility in terms of resort. According to Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Raja Ampat, the number of resorts in 2018 is only 22 units. To overcome this issue, floating structure offers the experience to stay overnight above the water. Aside from staying, visitors can also luxuriate facilities in the form of a mini theme park. There are 4 rides in the mini theme park in which each ride is selected according to the results of a questionnaire. The design of floating structure reflects a Barge with the main dimensions LoA: 70m; B: 18m; D: 4m, and T: 1.8m. To describe the geographical conditions of floating structure, the depth is 12 m deep, wave height is 0 up to 1.25 m, and the wind speed can reach 5 knots and the resort is close to Mayalibit Bay. The payload is 2812.01 m2 in terms of area and 192.53 tons in terms of weight. Technical analyses that is carried out include weight calculation, stability calculation, trim calculation, and freeboard calculation. The results of the calculations are then used to design Lines Plan, general arrangement, safety plan, 3D model, and economical analysis. For access to clean water, floating structure utilize desalination tools. For power needs, the generator set Honny Power HCM275 20kVA is utilized. For sewage management plan, Advanced Wastewater Treatment is used. The building is Rp 50.100.107.125; opertional cost is Rp 28.228.929.793,09; Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp 8.081.047.050,60; Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 16,03% and the payback period is 12 years 7 months and 18 days.
