Abstract
Aplikasi HPS merupakan sebuah alat yang dikembangkan untuk membantu memperkirakan harga perangkat lunak. Sebelum aplikasi ini yang akan dirilis ke publik agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat. Namun terdapat masalah yang harus diperhatikan. Masalah tersebut adalah mengenai tingkat kualitas terhadap aplikasi HPS. Pada aplikasi ini masih belum pernah diuji menggunakan standar yang berlaku secara internasional. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan kualitas aplikasi ini masih kurang dapat dipercaya dalam menjalankan fungsinya secara baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, aplikasi HPS dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi HPS yang bisa menilai berdasarkan standar internasional yang berlaku. Dengan menggunakan metode pairwise yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, sehingga bisa menilai aplikasi HPS dari segi usability, efficiency, portability dan dapat membantu user memahami kualitas aplikasi HPS berdasarkan standar ISO 9126-1. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah nilai pengukuran kualitas aplikasi HPS berdasarkan ISO 9126-1 dengan nilai usability 94% sangat baik , efficiency 88% baik dan portability 82% baik. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran kualitas aplikasi menggunakan standar internasional diharapkan aplikasi dapat diperbaharui berdasarkan rekomendasi yang telah diberikan. Sehingga diharapkan aplikasi estimasi harga perangkat lunak ini dapat diterima dan menjadi lebih dipercaya oleh pengguna.

The HPS application is a tool developed to help estimate software prices. Before this application that will be released to the community in order to provide wider benefits for the community. Issues that must be considered. The problem is about the level of quality of HPS applications. In this application, we have never used international standards. Can help the quality of this application is still reliable in activating its function properly. The method of this research is to understand the quality of software price estimation applications, which are according to ISO 9126-1 standards that apply internationally. The ISO standard was chosen because it has the most complete quality characteristics. The characteristics tested in this study are usability, efficiency, and portability. Of the three characteristics is the most influential factor on the quality of the application. The results of this final project are the value of HPS application quality measurement based on ISO 9126-1 with a usability value of 94% is very good, efficiency is 80% good and portability is 88% good. After measuring the quality of the application using international standards, it is expected that the application can be updated based on the recommendations that have been given. So hopefully the software price estimation application can be accepted and become more trusted by users.
