Abstract

Kemudian didapatkan ukuran utama awal kapal. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan Teknis berupa perhitungan hambatan, pemilihan mesin, koreksi berat, penetuan titik berat, perhitungan freeboard, pehitungan stabilitas, dan koreksi trim. Setelah semua perhitungan teknis memenuhi, maka didapatkan ukuran utama akhir kapal; LOA = 12,5 m, B = 3 m, T = 0,6 m, H = 1,10 m.

Tanjung Benoa is one of the attractions on the island of Bali which is famous for its watersports. There are about 15 kinds of watersports in Tanjung Benoa. The Tanjung Benoa watersports area is managed by around 20 companies and serves around 350 tourists per day. With a large number of tourists, this makes Tanjung Benoa one of the most important tourist attractions on the island of Bali. To be more attractive to tourists, there needs to be innovation in Tanjung Benoa, the Market and Café Boat (MCB), which is a minimarket and a cafe located in the middle of Tanjung Benoa beach. In this Final Project the ship design process is carried out by determining the initial layout of the ship in accordance with the area of each existing area on the ship that is adapted to the reference minimarket and cafe. Then the initial main size of the ship is obtained. After that, a technical calculation takes the form of resistance calculation, machine selection, weight correction, determination of weight point, freeboard calculation, stability calculation, and trim correction. After all technical calculations are met, the final main size of the ship is obtained; LOA = 12.5 m, B = 3 m, T = 0.6 m, H = 1.10 m. The next step is to analyze the selection of glass material for the hydraulic platform area. From the final main dimension obtained, Linesplan, General Arrangement, and 3D Model. The cost building of the market and café boat is Rp 272,594,765.69 and investment in MCB is feasible to do with a Net Present Value of Rp 312,541,168.75, 30.53% Internal Return Rate, and Payback Period in 4 years 10 months and 13 days.
