Abstract

Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota besar sehingga memiliki masalah serius terkait lingkungan khususnya di perairannya. Di Sungai Kalimas permasalahan ini timbul karena banyak tumpukan sampah yang menyebabkan banjir. Sedangkan di perairan Tanjung Perak, potensi industri maritim sangat tinggi permasalahan akan tumpahan minyak pada proses bongkar muat tanker maupun insiden kebocoran kapal yang menyebabkan potensi tumpahan minyak tercecer. Tugas Akhir ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan analisis teknis mengenai desain kapal untuk membersihkan sampah dan tumpahan minyak sesuai dengan kondisi perairan di Surabaya. Kapal kerja ini menggunakan lambung katamaran dan dilengkapi dengan conveyor belt di bagian haluan, ruang muat, dan buritan. Kapal pembersih ini didesain dengan sistem penggerak paddle wheel agar dapat bermanuver pada perairan yang cukup dangkal sehingga cocok untuk kondisi perairan di Surabaya. Payload kapal ini sebesar 3,3 ton dan dengan ruang muat yang sama untuk mengangkut tumpahan minyak sebesar 4,4 ton. Perhitungan teknis dilakukan menggunakan rules untuk kapal katamaran L< 50 m. Hasil perhitungan teknis diperoleh Loa = 9,6 m, B = 6 m, H = 1,7 m, T = 0,7 m, Cb = 0,66, dan Vs = 4 knot. Kemudian dari ukuran utama tersebut dibuat Rencana Garis (Lines Plan), Rencana Umum (General Arrangement), Model 3D, serta melakukan analisis biaya pembangunan kapal.

Surabaya is one of the big cities so it has serious problems related to the environment, especially in its waters. In the Kalimas River, this problem arises because there are a lot of garbage that causes flooding. Whereas in the waters of Tanjung Perak, the maritime industry's potential is very high, problems with oil spills during the loading and unloading process and incidents of ship leakage have caused the potential for oil spills to be scattered. This Final Project has the objective to conduct a technical analysis regarding the design of ships to clean up trash and oil spills in accordance with water conditions in Surabaya. This work ship uses catamaran hulls and is equipped with conveyor belts in the bow, cargo space, and stern. This cleaning vessel is designed with a paddle wheel drive system so that it can maneuver in shallow waters making it suitable for water conditions in Surabaya. The ship's payload is 3.3 tons and with the same loading space to transport 4.4 tons of oil spills. Technical calculations are performed using rules for catamarans L < 50 m. The technical calculation results obtained Loa = 9.6 m, B = 6 m, H = 1.7 m, T = 0.7 m, Cb = 0.66, and Vs = 4 knots. Then from the main dimensions, Lines Plan, General Arrangement, 3D Model are made, and an analysis of ship building costs is made.
