Abstract
Jalan merupakan salah satu sarana penghubung darat yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia baik dalam ekonimi maupun sosial. Disisi lain pertumbuhan penduduk setiap tahunnya semakin meningkat, maka jalan mempunyai peranan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan masyarakat baik sebagai akses perekonomian maupun sosial.Dalam perencanaan jalan kenyamanan dan keamanan jalan merupakan hal terpenting. Seperti pada perencanaan jalan Tol Pandaan-Malang. Rencana pembangunan Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang . pada tugas akhir ini, perencanaan jalan tol Pandaan-Malang dibatasi pada Sesi II STA 15+000- 18+000.
Perencanaan jalan tol Pandaan-Malang memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data data yang dibutuhkan, mengolah data lalu lintas, analisa geometric, perencanaan tebal perkerasan jalan menggunakan metode Pd-T-14-2003, perencanaan sambungan, perencanaan drainase dan gambar rencana. Hasil perhitungan perencanaan jalan Tol Pandaan-Malang sesi II STA 15+000 – 18+000 untuk analisa kapasitas jalan, pada awal tahun 2019 DS = 0,47 dengan kategori jalan 4/2 D menggunakan PKJI 2014 Jalan bebas hambatan. Analisa geometrik jalan untuk alinyemen horizontal memenuhi syarat R rencana = 6000 m > Rmin = 365 m dan LC < 2tc sedangkan alinyemen vertical memiliki kelandaian maksimal 3% (datar).Hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan untuk metode Pd-T-14-2003 sebesar 260 mm. Tebal perkerasan metode Pd – T – 14 – 2003 sebagai acuan perencanaan sambungan. Dimensi perencanaan drainase tepi menggunakan tipe persegi dengan dimensi b= 1,0 m; h= 1,0 m. Total biaya yang dibutuhkan pada jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang sesi II STA 15+000 – 18+000 dengan acuan HSPK Kab. Malang 2019 dan tebal perkerasan terpilih yaitu metode Pd – T – 14 – 2003 dengan tebal perkerasan 260 mm sebesar Rp 63.075.231.712

Road is one of the land connector facility that has an important role in human’s life, for economy’s life as good as for social’s life. On the other hand, population growth for every year is increased, so the road has an important role for fulfilling the need of people, for economy’s access as well as social. On the planning of the road, comfort and safety are very important. Just like the planning of Pandaan – Malang Highway. The plan of building Pandaan – Malang Highway is the government’s program to resolve the traffic growth’s of the kabupaten Pandaan and Malang which is this highway will connected. Pandaan – Malang highway building planning on this final project was restricted at section II STA 15+000 – 18+000. This replanning have a few stages which is gathering data that needed, processing the traffic data; geometric analysis, planning the thickness of rigid pavement with Pd - T – 14 – 2003 method, joint planning, drainage planning, and the last one is drawing planning. The result of the calculation of Pandaan – malang highway road capacity which is the first year of planning DS = 0, 47 with road category 4/2 D using PKJI 2014 : Jalan Bebas Hambatan. Road geometric analysis for horizontal alignment fulfill the requirement Rrencana = 600 m > Rmin 365 m with LC < 2tc. While the vertical alignment has sloppiness maximum 3 % (flat). The result of thickness accoding to Pd – T – 14 – 2003 method is 260 mm. For joint result according to calculation on how thickness of rigid pavement based on Pd – T – 14 – 2003. The planning dimention of the side drainage using square type with b : 1 m and h: 1 m. Cost that needed to build Pandaan – Malang section II STA 15+000 – STA 18+000 based on HSPK Kabupaten Malang 2019 and thickness that chosen according to Pd – T – 14 – 2003 is Rp 63.075.231.712
