Abstract

Perencanaan Gedung Rumah Sakit Arisanthi yang terletak di kabupaten Gianyar, Bali setinggi 4 lantai yang menggunakan sistem beton bertulang konvensional pada keseluruhan lantai akan dimodifikasi menjadi 15 lantai dan 1 basement yang dirancang dengan menggunakan beton bertulang pada keseluruhan lantai serta menggunakan beton prategang pada lantai 15 yang akan di desain menjadi ruang rapat dan seminar yang berukuran 22m x 21m. Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung ini akan didesain menggunakan Sistem Ganda karena gedung terletak di Kategori Desain Seismik D. Rangka utama didesain sebagai Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus dan dinding struktur didesain sebagai dinding struktur Beton Khusus. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing arah sebesar 27% sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Gaya prategang pada balok prategang lantai atap didapat sebesar 3000 KN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 25% .

The Design of Arisanthi Hospital Building located in Gianyar Bali as high as 4 floors using a conventional reinforced concrete system on the whole floor. Arisanthi Hospital Building will be modified to 15 floors and 1 basement and designed using reinforced concrete on the entire floor and using prestressed concrete on the 15th floor that will designed to be a meeting and seminar room measuring 22m x 21m. The structural design of this building will be designed using a Dual System because the building is located in the Seismic Design Category D. The main frame is designed as a Special Moment Resisting Frame System and the structural walls are designed as Special Concrete structure walls. From the results of the analysis it has been concluded that the main frame of the building is able to withstand lateral loads X and Y in each direction by 27% so that the Dual System requirements are met. Pre-stressed force on the roof beam prestressed beams is obtained by 3000 KN with loss of prestressed force by 25%
